what next?
I have a pastel, a normal and am picking up my spider in two weeks.. with my rather large tax return i can have one more spendature and get a morph of my choice, what would be my best bet? i have always been a fan of bees but i have what will make that in the future.. a mojave is nice, but so is lesser, piebald and a few others i can think of.. so opinions, input? what can you do with a mojave? is there such thing has a pastave? what does that look like?
all help appreciated, i dont *know* what other morphs i like best or i would naturally go with that :gj:
**off to look at NERD**

Re: what next?
get a lesser or mojave pastel X mojave = pastel mojave you can make bees or even a pie if you want it all comes down to what you wanna feed for 20 years :)

Re: what next?
I would invest in a pair of het pieds or het clowns if you can swing it. Recessives may take longer to produce, but there is so much combo power in them.
If you are looking for a co-dom, I think lessers produce nicer combos than mojaves. I loved the mojave/spider as a baby but boy it did not hold it's colors well. Cinnamons make some nice combos as well. With what you have you could make a cinnabee or a pewter.
Or go for a fire, they really brighten things up!
Heck, even albinos are affordable now. You could pick up a visual & a het with your refund.
Adam is awesome to talk to about trying to figure out different routes depending on what you want your breeding future to be.

Re: what next?
It really comes down to what YOU like and what you can afford however because of the one you already own I would say Orange Ghost.
Think about the possibilities Honey Bee, Pastel Orange Ghost (POG), Super Pastel Orange Ghost (SPOG)

Re: what next?
I like both your options of Lesser or Mojave. Mojave is easier on the pocket book, and there is a pastave Here's a link to a gallery with some. I love them.
Lessers are gorgeous and have tons of potential, so it's really up to you which you go with... I'd like both!

Re: what next?
I think for me will be a female Pied, I know they cost alot but we all need to do our part to help stimulate the economy.
Right now we have a lasser 1.0 , pastel 1.1,spider 1.0 and normal 0.2

Re: what next?
Honestly Ashley, save your money for a nice albino female. It is a bit of money, but it is also a popular morph, and they have come way down in price.
I know that in pictures they dont look that amazing, and many people say they are played out, but everytime I pull out my girl Topaz, I just get floored. They are just SO different than normal BP's, it's hard to put them down. Albino's are always going to be one of my favorite morphs, and I'm so glad I got my girl at NARBC. She is just a knock out in my eyes. ;)
Once you see one and hold it, there's no going back. Everyone who I show her too has the biggest reaction with her. (spider girl is a close second) ;)

Re: what next?
i love how just because the morph has been around awhile it is "played out"
albinos are my fav of all of them! oh well, to each their own.

Re: what next?
i would invest in a pied. they have held there value for some time now and all pieds look different which will help them hold there value because they are so varied and unique. i have seen a lot of other snakes that look similar, mojaves, lessers, but i have never seen an pied that was the same, except for twins. think of, pastel pieds, spider pieds, lesser pied, so many pieds we have not even seen yet. if i could swing it that is what i would do.

Re: what next?
ugh!!! $1,000 spent in tires, alignment, oil change and brakes getting fixed, im not sure how much is going to be left over for another morph for a couple months poo!
thankyou for the input EVERYONE!! definetly something to consider!!

Re: what next?
Man. If I had the funds to play with, and no debt.. Pied would be in my rack tomorrow.

Re: what next?
if we can find a pair of 100% het pieds in the 08' season were going to pick them up for sure.. for now were going to hold off though

Argh; stupid vehicle costs! It's either the regular replacement/maintenance issues with older vehicles.. or the high monhly payments on newer ones. Or if you're in the middle of the road with a 2003 vehicle.. you get both ends of the spectrum!
Gah.. then with gas prices; it is a wonder that any of us can even feed a pet mouse in this economy :/

Re: what next?
were in that payment window + maint costs!! Our Saturn Vue is an 06 and because its an SUV we had to get 16" tires! My tires were just as expensive as my sister in laws durango tires! The mechanic was pretty impressed I drove 37650 miles on the same set of tires.. its our first new vehicle and the first time ive ever purchased four tires at once.. on our previous vehicles (and even my husbands truck) we always buy them one at a time lol
Ive been talking to a member here about getting her 8ball 100%hetpied in two weeks so at least we will be on our way to someday getting pieds :) they are my husbands favorite, i think they are stunning i just never imagined we would ever be able to afford one
