    opinions please (logo)
I have been working on a logo for my petsitting business and I am thinking this is the one I am going to use. Any feedback appreciated- or if you design logos and can make a better one for a good price, let me know!

It's spiffy, but I think the cat looks like it's jumping through a open window.
    But it's sweet.

Thanks :D I thought about putting a cat laying down on top of the hearts instead of the jumping one, but I haven't found one I like yet.

Well my useless hunk of junk computer won't let me see your pic :( I will comment as soon as I can either pinp a computer at work or hurtle this one down into a ditch somewhere and buy a new one ;)

Oh I see it! I like it alot. I might be tempted to make the snake a different color to make him stand out a bit more.. maybe a BP pattern?

I'm of the minimalist perspective... I like it, but personaly I'd go without the graphics of the snake cat and dog, and maybe just put something like, "Dogs, Cats and exotics all welcome" in print along one side of the hearts....

I love the colors you're using. They're so soft and cute. I took the liberty of drawing up what I would go with, and you can take it or leave it - edit it if you like. But I kept the hearts, paw print and dog graphic (he's too cute - looks like he's getting his chin rubbed) but incorporated the cat and snake a little better (in my opinion anyway). I also added the letters of your business name, but they could be left out, moved, etc.

The whole thing is very sloppy - all I had was lined notebook paper, and I only worked on it for about 5 minutes. But if you decide you'd like to use any part of I'm sure you could get someone professional to fix it up.

Good luck! I've always wanted to do a business like that. Way too young to get into it now though.

also, I love your display name. I used to have a catahoula and when I'd tell people what she was, they'd say, "Cata-whata?" -lol-

Looks good! You need to get it into a vector program to get rid of that pixelation. If you need any help just let me know :gj:

    Thanks Nate :D

Mindibun, that is PERFECT, almost exactly how I pictured it in my head! Do you have a graphics program like psp? If you do and would like to do it on there with the colors I used, I will gladly pay you.

I have PSP but don't really know the first thing about using it. If you want, I can try to do it with a different graphics program I use, but the colors usually come out very flat. It's from the stone-age. In all honesty you're probably better off having someone professional do it, but if you want me to give it a try I don't mind. I couldn't ask you to pay me though. It's a really simple design and my skills aren't worth anything really. -lol-

Nate offered help and he's pretty good with the graphics stuff. Maybe he'd be willing to oblige? ;)
