    Romeo's second feeding
Oh, by the way.. Romeo is no longer Romeo! Found out today he's a she! Yay! So the new name is what I originally wanted: Eden :D

    Anyways, on to the pics!

Her being woken up and looking none too thrilled about it.. she went for a ride to be sexed (is that the right term?)

She apparently is a foot-snake... (see the lil teeny foot poppin up?)

Poor thing.. it literally got waved around in the air a few times..

Eden looks great! Sweet viv setup, too.

Just out of curiosity, how did you have her sexed? (popping, probe, etc?)

Yeah, I've been thinking about just switching to newspaper, seeing how that works.. :]

She was probed. I had no idea that was how it was done, so gave me a little start when my friend did that, lol.

I saw in the pics that you were feeding her in her tank. You should really get a separate tank or container of some sort to feed her in. If she gets used to feeding in the tank she might start to snap at you thinking she is getting fed when you reach your hand in there. Just some advice.

Some balls do much better being fed in a separate tub, some do not. I wouldn't go as far as saying its sooo far from the truth.

I never feed my snakes outside of there enclosure and have never had a problem, a couple racks of bp's who knows how many feedings, and ive only been bitten once, by a hatchling.
Just wanted to throw that out there.

That's not necessarily true... Some are much more comfortable feeding in the tank rather than a separate container. Either or doesn't necessarily mean that the snake will strike at your hand.
