You know, 32qt seemed fine to me until I got a 2500g female. She is huge and seems cramped in a 32qt. I think I may try to get a large breeder rack by next breeding season...

Yeah, my largest females are in 41qts, but for general purposes, 32 works fine.

Same with us, our biggest females are in bigger than 32 qt tubs but the majority of the snakes fit quite nicely into 32's or smaller.

    For the most part, yes.

2000 grams is pushing it a bit, but it should be fine.

wow really? I use my 32qs for only my babys, any adults or subadults go into 90 quarts! this info might save me alot of space...

But are your 90qt tubs tall? If so they may only be comparable to a 41qt floor space. I keep hatchlings to 500g in 16qt and my over 500s in a 32qt. My biggest is only around 600 but once they reach around 1500 I will move to a 41.

    Re: is 32 QT good?
i never really intended for it to fit, i just had a spare and found that it fit on my rack, so i added it on. the flood space is a lot bigger than the 20 gallon sitting above it.

    Re: is 32 QT good?
well, how about this idea, I make 2 shelfs 3-4 32 QT's on every shelf then I make 2 shelfs for 41QT and I make the top for 16QT? good idea? cuz males can live in 32 all there lives right?
Also how deep should the tub be?
