Couple New Pictures of Zaphod
Zaphod is my Jolliff Tiger, Poss Het Snow boy that I picked up in Birmingham from Michael Jolliff. He's really hard to capture accurately, but I adore him!
This was in November:

Thanks for the compliment, and I'm sorry, but I don't discuss what I spend on my animals. :)

Re: Couple New Pictures of Zaphod
He's lookin good! Did you mainly get him for the Tiger genetics, or are you going to shoot for snows with him?:gj:

Re: Couple New Pictures of Zaphod
Really, the tiger genetics - once I saw the tiger pastels, I was hooked!
Although, Will Bird has a couple Jolliff Tiger, possible het snow females for sale - he's been working with Michael's line for a few years now to make snows. There are a couple that have caught my eye - so who knows?

Re: Couple New Pictures of Zaphod
He's not out of QT yet (later this month), and he's 422 grams. No available females for him this year. :(

I see you found your way over here, congrats and welcome though I think you'll find that asking everyone what they paid won't be answered as much as it is on PNWHS forums. ;) I hope you enjoy the 'Giant' snake forums.
Robin, Zaphod (LOVE the name) is looking great. Is he really that light and sandblast looking in person?
-
Re: Couple New Pictures of Zaphod
Melissa,
It's really hard to get good pictures of him. Of the three pictures, the middle one is closest to his colors. That's with flash and no macro. When I turn my macro on - the pictures come out much darker.
I really need to get my butt in gear and make a makeshift light tent for photographing!
He is a really light and stunning looking animal.

Re: Couple New Pictures of Zaphod
You definately have an eye for great snakes Robin, next time we fly home and end up in Atlanta I'll have to see if I can talk them into allowing an entire collection on the plane ;).
He's a standout no matter how ya go about it.

Thanks Allison - when I went to the ATM for the cash to buy him, I passed Monica and went "I need another male like I need a hole in the head!" But I don't regret the purchase one bit!

Thanks Raul! I think Karl was a little surprised when he saw me heading to get cash, but he's so supportive of my love for these snakes he didn't even complain.

Re: Couple New Pictures of Zaphod
Robin,
I think I have mentioned previously that i am VERY ignorant of tigers and what their potentials are, but as usual she is gorgeous. Will be interested to see how you pair and refine him.
Good luck,
Bruce
PS: Also have high hope on what you do with young mr. murphy. :)

You know - I almost took some pictures of Murphy yesterday - he was in full blue, and was so hypoish looking - much different than a normal in blue. He's turning into a fat butt! :D
