    Juno or Sweeny Todd?
Well, my family's been gone for almost a week, and I'm home alone. I was supposed to be going with them to Florida for 2 weeks...but Grad. school applications had to come first and I'm still waiting on my odds and ends to come in the mail so I can send them out (Only 7 days until I need to get them in the mail, so I'm hoping my professors are going to get their letters of recommendation to me soon!).

But anyway, I'm going stir-crazy alone in this house! I want to go out tonight to see a movie (alone, of course :(...God, I need friends). So, will it be sprightly "Juno" or dark "Sweeny Todd".

I saw Sweeny Todd not knowing it was a musical. I really liked it minus the musical part. I'd reccomend seeing it. Juno looks good too. I'll probably be seeing that soon as well.

I actually really like musicals. I'm just trying to decide which I should see tonight ;) I'll probably end up seeing both eventually! Hrm... The www.rottentomatos.com reviews for both movies were good, so that didn't help, either! They both look equally good, just very different kinds of films.

sweeney todd was really good, but juno was one of the better movies i've seen, one of the best in a long time. but i love movies where they're really funny without hardly trying. go for juno!

This is probably a little late but I just watched Sweeny Todd tonight and it was fantastic. It didn't have a happy ending!

If Tim Burton meets Moulan Rouge sounds intruiging to you check this movie out.

I thought Juno sucked. One of the worst movies I've seen in a long time. I left wishing I had spent my $8 on something else. I thought it was boring and not very funny. I never liked the girl's character and the story was so-so. I really don't see how it's getting such good reviews.

Juno was awesome. And its obviously getting good reviews for a reason. And Its titled as a Dark comedy for a reason, not everyone gets it. I loved the movie personally and i'm glad people are putting social issues on the big screen. It portrayed a realist situation handled in a realistic way. Though the Jennifer Garner role was weak and I personally cant stand the woman.

Sweeney Todd was ridiculous. By far my favorite slasher film now, though I did see the musical a long while back and it cant touch a live show.

I thought that juno was excellent. I saw it last night. I think one of the reasons that I really liked it was that I could relate to it. It was one of those movies that I was glad my girlfriend was there with me though.

Juno is a really cute, strange movie. They got the perfect actors for it, for sure! :p

And for a person who has a phobia against tight or sharp things over my throat.. I can't say I "Loved" Sweeney Todd, and Johnny was kinda weird in a musical like that.. but overall, I think it was all right. :)

I watched the 1998 Sweeney Todd when I was younger and I loved it (might not love it now that its been so long lol), but I wasn't impressed with the new movie.

I liked Juno better, I only saw that because I liked Ellen Page in Hard Candy
