Simple Recessive Poll-try again
Just wondering which simple recessive morphs folks would most like to see in their own collections, for whatever reason-looks, rarity, combo potential, value retention, etc....
You can tell that it's Saturday, and the wrong season for field herping!

Re: Simple Recessive Poll-try again
I think the Patternless is amazing, and we don't see enough of it.
Second choice would be Lavendar Albino.
-
Re: Simple Recessive Poll-try again
Heather do you have any pics of the patternless? I dont think Ive ever seen one. I went with Pied only bc I already have a clown:) I will be buying a pied this upcoming season so my next vote would be the LA but I'd take one of each if i had room and money
-
Re: Simple Recessive Poll-try again
I already have an albino so I voted piebald and I'd bet it's going to win hands down.
-
Re: Simple Recessive Poll-try again
i love the anxantic juvenials only if they didnt brown out :(
but the still the best:gj:
-
Re: Simple Recessive Poll-try again
i voted for lav. albino.... it was between that and a caramel... tough choice! :D
-
Re: Simple Recessive Poll-try again
Today's choice for me is caramel albino. I don't feel strongly about that choice though and would likely give a different answer tomorrow or even 2 hours from now.
-
Re: Simple Recessive Poll-try again
I voted on the Lavender Albino cause after finally see them in person I can truly appreciate their GLOW and uniqueness.
Pied are up there too as far as favorites go..
-
Re: Simple Recessive Poll-try again
I am not really into the whole genetics thing.... with that said I voted for the Striped one. I am a sucker for stripes. /drool Now if a striped albino is/was possible...wohoo watchout now!
-
Re: Simple Recessive Poll-try again
Well I already have Het Pied, Het Albino, Het Clown and Het Genetic Stripe (so those projects are in the making) and the next projects I have an interest in would be
1# Lavender Albino
2# Axanthic (need to decide which line)
-
Re: Simple Recessive Poll-try again
Axanthic would have been tops for me but just i got me an axanthic from Adam at 8ball recently, so I'd have to say clown, that and axanthic are like tied for 1st for me.
-
Re: Simple Recessive Poll-try again
i love axanthics no matter the age, i guess its because i do not notice the browning out. But i picked caramel albino, im a sucker for things that get better with age.
-
Re: Simple Recessive Poll-try again
Wow. Never in my wildest dreams did I think Pieds would be THIRD-I was sure they'd run away with it!:O
I picked Desert Ghost-I think the combos will be WEIRD!

Re: Simple Recessive Poll-try again
looks like caramel and lav are winning for now. Im not surprised though, i hate morphs that look great as babys yet look horrible as adults, those two are completely opposite. I really do not like most caremel a. baby's, but the adults glow. i might ad one to my collection next year if the kink problem is worked out of them.
Im still no fan of pieds, i love the orange in them as babys but as adults i think they are uuuugggllllyyy. Although the pied bee is my all time favorite morphs.

Re: Simple Recessive Poll-try again
Brad,
I also picked Desert Ghost - after seeing this guy last year at NERD, well....let's just say - I want one!

Re: Simple Recessive Poll-try again
Piebald all the way!! :gj:
-
Re: Simple Recessive Poll-try again
Could it be? Now that my fav the mighty piebald is a little more affordable it's not winning a recessive poll.

I have necer seen a desert ghost for sale. How much are they?
-
Re: Simple Recessive Poll-try again
I had to go with Clown hands down.... Killer clown is one of my favorites, and I can't wait to see all of the combos that have yet to be produced with it.:gj:
-
Re: Simple Recessive Poll-try again
Patternless would be cool! :)
-
Re: Simple Recessive Poll-try again
All right! Piebalds in first place-now the universe is running more like it should:D....
-
Re: Simple Recessive Poll-try again
I think that the Patternless BP is the best looking one out there!
-
Re: Simple Recessive Poll-try again
Lavender albino.... :D
I think there are just a few off them here in europe. Never seen one irl. Pied is als favorite, but that you see more often, and hopefully I breed one myself in the future!
-
Re: Simple Recessive Poll-try again
I would give my left :colbert: for a clown. Pastel clown, killer clown. Doesn't get any better in my book.
-
Re: Simple Recessive Poll-try again
Lavendar Albinos... with the intentions of producing a Lavendar albino pieds... one of the first snakes that left me speechless.

Re: Simple Recessive Poll-try again
Well, my ultimate morph to own is a BumbleBee... but out of the ones listed, I chose Caramel Albino because I love that nice golden color. :)
-
Re: Simple Recessive Poll-try again
Carmel albino just has so much colory goodness.
-
Re: Simple Recessive Poll-try again
clowns baby, then pieds :)
-
Re: Simple Recessive Poll-try again
Reasonable: Orange Ghost. I a working on something when I get my tax return..
Eventually: Pied. Just a few more years now I think!
Also like: Albinos. They were the first morph that struck me as awesome. They look almost like fake, candy snakes in person. They don't fit into my morph plans now, but I want one eventually just 'cuz.
Genetic stripe: Who am I kidding! If I had the $ I'd have one, and hets.. awesome snakes.
-
Re: Simple Recessive Poll-try again
I have a few now so I would go with Genetic stripe.
-
Re: Simple Recessive Poll-try again
I really want to get a piebald!:snake::taz:

Re: Simple Recessive Poll-try again
I think the Patternless should be advertised more!
They are just insane!!!!!!! :rolleye2:
