New Kobylka Coming! But when?

Well, I've spent the last two day in the hospital with my wife, Joy and our son who is still in her belly. :)

She's 34 weeks and went into pre-term labor on Sat. night. She's on bedrest now in the hospital and the Drs. say the baby looks great but we're still trying to give him a few more days in in the incubator. ;)

This whole thing is pretty stressful, especially since its our first child. Any prayers, wishes or vibes you all could send our way would be VERY appreciated!

What a wonderful way to begin a new year - a little less stress would be even better :)! Congrats to you both. Please let us know when your son decides to make his entrance . . . . prayers are coming your way for a safe delivery.

Poor thing, my heart just goes out to you both. They tell you not to stress out, but she's in the hospital hooked up to all sorts of stuff which is just STRESSFUL!

Hang in there, the end result is SOOO worth it... Until then your family will remain in my thoughts and prayers. :hug:

Prayers and best wishes Justin to you and Joy and your little one. I hope they can hold her back from delivering a bit longer but if they can't, 34 weeks isn't as early as it used to be. I'm sure you and the doctors are doing all you can to keep her calm and quiet and try to give the little guy a bit more time in the womb.

Its looking very much like we'll have the baby today....!!!! He really seems to want to be born despite what the drs are doing to prevent him. I can already tell he'll be stubborn.

I joked to Joy that I'd need to post some pipping pics but she said "we did post any copulation pics and wer're certainly not posting any pipping pics!"

Its good she still has her sense of humor... :)

Sounds like the little fellow is determined to be a New Year baby. Prayers for a healthy delivery for mom and son, Justin. You know we'll be waiting for pictures of your new son. :)

Thanks for all the kind comments! After 3 full days in the hospital and lots of no fun contractions and medicine to make them go away, Joy and I were finally discharged this morning with baby still in the incubator.

Joy's still on bedrest for now but we're basically out of the danger zone as far as the baby is concerned and next time she goes into labor we'll not even try to stop it.

Thanks again for your thought and prayers... I'm happy to have good Drs. here and everything is looking up!!

Huge congrats...... Greatest thing in the world, walking up one day a father. Take a lot of pictures, I thought I did and he's one already and it does not seem like we have any....


BTW if he's albino I get first dibs on any illegitimate pos hets you or your wife may have running around.....:D
