super balls?

what combo of ball and blood makes a super ball. I mean female ball to male blood or vice versa. or does it not matter. me and my friend were having a sort of debate and we both realized we have no idea what we are talking about lol. thanks.

i believe it was a female ball to a borneo male...

Ben has the original pairing correct. However, it does not matter which direction you go, just as long as you can get the pair to breed and produce eggs, your outcome will be the same.

WOW I just read on article on the super balls and man are they neat. Maybe in the far far future I will try to get one. Probably pretty spendy though?

again, why get a super ball when the bloods, sst, bst are so cool on their own? :)

I want to know if they can have the same genetic properties to create albinos, pastels, spiders, and such. Just imagine a blood sized spider or albino ball!

That would be very interesting. To be able to bring the BP's morphs colors and patterns over to the borneo side.... if that were possible. That would open many new doors combo wise.... hmm...

But how many generations of back-breeding would it take? Would you end up with 90%-Borneo/10%-Ball recrosses before it happens?

This is one of the crosses I just don't get. Maybe due to the fact that I love short-tailed pythons in and of themselves...but the addition of ball python just doesn't seem to bring anything to the table...kind of like the ball x Angolan, at least in my book.

yea im not much one for hybrids give me pure blood any day, or pure balls any day. its a cool looking snake but i don't see it being worth the time or effort it would take. id rather get some cool ball morphs and have at that and maybe try one hybrid but don't see it being a long term thing in the snake world maybe im wrong.
