Run away...looks nice but in no way is it worth $500.
You can buy a premade one from Natures Spirits which are really nice for less...or build an even better one yourself (which will hold a lot more)
Hope this helps

When are you going to have eggs?
Re: Incubators; im probably going to build my own but i was just wondering,
in like two years. i know its too soon to be even thinking about it but im really excited!
Re: Incubators; im probably going to build my own but i was just wondering,
Then dont buy that one now. Wait, there will be plenty out there. alot cheaper by then.
Re: Incubators; im probably going to build my own but i was just wondering,
Im not going to buy it now Im just asking if its a good bator. and it'll probably cheaper in two years. or ill just make one or find a better one.
Re: Incubators; im probably going to build my own but i was just wondering,
I wouldnt put money towards that. Just my opinion. i could buy a much bigger one for the same price, and be able to incubate more than one clutch. :/
Re: Incubators; im probably going to build my own but i was just wondering,
is it a good bator though. just out of curiosity.
Re: Incubators; im probably going to build my own but i was just wondering,
lol, never used it. I think you may be hard pressed to find someone that has used it, as most breeders will usually make their own, or buy one premade from someone like nature;s spirit.
It may look like it takes the guess work out of it, but I really wouldnt trust it. You may have to google for people that use it and like it.
Re: Incubators; im probably going to build my own but i was just wondering,
The Nature's Spirit one is great, cheaper, and bigger, made for repitles, and proven.
That one has a corporate style logo, and pictures of what to push for what type of egg. That's gonna turn off most serious breeders, as both "too corporate" and "too beginner". I would be leary of it, since different snakes and different tortoises might have different temp requirements.
I'd go with the proven easy to use Nature's Spirit myself. But that's just me. I wouldn't use that one in that link if it was a freebee.
Re: Incubators; im probably going to build my own but i was just wondering,
could someone send me the link to the natures spirit one.

Yikes. I built my successful incubator for under $200. Helix t-stat, flexwatt.. some soda bottles, a free fish cooler, showbox containers. And it worked great! It is a case of "grow your own" to me, regarding the incs.
