This is kinda funny. My ex-boyfriend and his friends at college were in a comedy group called "Friday Night Live" (real original, I know ;)), and they made videos to play between the live bits of the show.

One of the bits was "freestyle walking" and it was ridiculously hilarious. Not a year after seeing that (this was probably 4 years ago, when they made the video) I was at my friend, Taya's place and on ESPN there was some kind of "Free running" video playing. I couldn't believe it was actually a sport. I still get the giggles when I think about it. ;)

Ohmigosh -lol- Is that so you guys can outrun the cops? I love it though. I've never heard of nor seen anything like that. It looks like SO much fun! Next time I'm outside I'm prolly gonna try it. And fall on my butt, but hey... -lol- How do you train for that kind of stuff? Jogging? Basic weight training? You're like my hero for doing that. I always did stuff like that when I was a kid, so it's awesome to see that it's actually a sport!
