Absolutely beautiful country and culture... I loved it there. Lived there for 6 months doing a kinda Peace Corps thing.

Re: If you could...
I've been fortunate and traveled quite a bit.
Two things left on my list:
See the Aurora Borealis (nort eastern Alaska)
Visit the Cloud Forests of Costa Rico.

Re: If you could...
Australia, for the wildlife, the scenery and the people.
Doubt I could stand to fly for that long though.

Re: If you could...
Back to Japan probably because i made so many awesome friends there.

Re: If you could...
Egypt! Because... it's Egypt!

Re: If you could...
I'd like to visit Mongolia (is it even called that anymore?) and stay with the horse tribes on the plains, learning how they work with their horses, and how horses fit into their lives.

It is a beyond amazing thing to stand outside on a freezing night, in the quiet and just watch the glory of the lights. :)
For me it would be an extended trip through Scotland, England, Ireland and Wales. Party because I was raised by my grandmother who was born in Scotland and I grew up on her stories and when she went back, her pictures of that beautiful country. Ireland for that green that goes beyond words to decribe it. Wales for the language that fascinates me and England for the castles.

Me too. I think the flight would be worth it. Just spring for the best spacious seats though!

France is great, French people not so great , but you just have to overlook that part if you go there.

Re: If you could...
For me it's Costa Rica. I traveled there twice while working and it's amazing. I bought a beach front property on the pacific side there 2years ago when I sold my house here in florida and plan on retiring there. Maybe Costa Rica Reptiles in my future?:)
