    Suggestions, anyone?
So, I've run into a bit of a stall on my music collection. I've been listening to a lot of rock/hard rock: Sick Puppies, Shinedown, Three Days Grace, Breaking Benjamin, Linkin Park, The Almost, Evanescence, Incubus, Papa Roach, Snow Patrol, Death Cab for Cutie, Daughtry, to name a few recent faves.

But I'm getting bored and don't know where to go! Any suggestions? Anything I should pick up on my next CD buying spree? I prefer rock/hard rock/alternative, but I also like country, a little R&B thrown in for good measure, oldies... hell, basically I'll listen to anything once! :)

    What's everyone listening to now???

I heard a few Muse songs recently and they sounded pretty good, and The White Stripes are always good for a few listens. Get into Pantera and you'll never get board. I've been listening to the same 5 Pantera CDs for half my life and I still get excited when I put one on. :) And I still pay to play 101 proof through every time I walk into a bar, with the occasional Slayer Decade of Aggression Disc 2 marathon. Yeah, I'm that guy.

i've heard Garth Brooks just put something new out. it's a 2 disk greatest hits album, with 4 new songs. also, there's a DVD that comes with it that has a music video for every song on the CD. all for something like $15.

I am listening to the Sisters of Mercy now. They might be a tad odd for some people but I love them.
You could get into some more goth stuff.. The Cure.. if you like the harder stuff.. try out Slayer! I could think of more, but they might be a tad offensive and I am not sure if that'd upset ya.

Well how about, Kill switch engaged, Atreyu, Throwdown, Kittie if you like hard core all girl rock. All that remains, Fear factory, It dies today, The new Fear Factory, and last but not least Walls of Jericho. These are some of my favs, if i had to pick just one it would be Kill switch, dont let the name fool you they are hard core/melodic. Not just crazy screaming with no lyrics. Thats it for me.
