Ivory spiders?
So i've been trying to learn more about dom and co-dom to start unlocking the BP puzzle. Well I was pondering if it was possible to get Ivory spiders. I was looking into getting a female YB for my male. But all I could find were 07 offspring. So I figure ill end up mating my YB male to my Spider female NEXT year. Which is how I came across the idea....
Say I breed my spider X YB and get a 1.1 spiders and 1.1 YB from the clutch. Then I breed one of the Spiders Het. Ivories to my female YB. Would it just end up with a clutch of either ivories, YB, or spiders? Or a weird combo of both?
Anyone have any insight?

Re: Ivory spiders?
im gunna say the ivory gene will basically delete any of the spider design leaving just ivory coloring.

Re: Ivory spiders?
YB's are co-dom...If you breed a Spider to a YB you have a chance to produce a Spider YB in the first clutch...Breed a Spider YB back to a YB to try for the Spider Ivory...

probably the ivories lack of black color would wash out the spider pattern like you said in your other post. But, you can't really say that for sure without actually doing the breeding. I've seen more then one combo that left me scratching my head saying 'how the heck did that happen?'

Re: Ivory spiders?
Ivory's have that yellow stripe. That would be cool if mixed with a spider. To get the Ivory spider or whatever. Made an Ivory with the spider pattern in yellow. Instead of just the yellow stripe. But like said who knows till its done.

So once you have yellow belly spider what happens when you breed it back to its YB mom?. I am hoping that I get really faint yellow spider pattern. Almost completely invisable. It would be awesome. We will see. Maybe I will be the first?!

Re: Ivory spiders?
Spider YB to a YB you have a chance at normals, yb's, spiders, ivory's and ivory spiders. Think thats right. Not sure on the %. But thats what you could get. Yeah the YB is a het ivory. Yeah the white snake with the faint yellow spider pattern would be great. I have a YB but no spiders Im going to try the same thing only use a pinstripe. But that will be a bit since I dont have the pin yet and my YB is only 250g right now.

Yeah my female is only 130g right now. It's going to be a couple years just to mate, let alone wait for her kids to get bigger.
