Bah, I was able to get a few pic out before my camera died, but here's me as Sally from Nightmare before Christmas.
Face

body shot, and blinded by the flash, because my LCD screen wouldn't show up because of the low batteries, therefore I couldn't turn the flash off. I'll try to get a better pic of it after I get some batteries.

Re: Showoff your costumes!!
Awww, I'm always so envious of people who really do it up for Halloween! I don't have a creative bone in my body, so I am so impressed with the creativity here!
Meg looks JUST like my little 2nd cousin, Olivia! I thought it was her for a second! Taylor makes a very nice vampiress!
Emily, I swear I can't see your mouth - super cool effect! And then you took time to get everything the same color - wow!
Heather's pup is adorable, and reminds me of Diamond - boy would she look pitiful if we tried to dress her up! LOL
Purrfect, definitely post a better picture later, but get a friend to snap it for you so you won't have to do it in the mirror! Great makeup!
Nate - I told you before, you are sexy hottttt!!!! :P
Amy, your daughter is beautiful and so cute!
Have a safe and fun Halloween everyone!

Here are a few pics of my kids from tonight.
Kayden, as a monkey (he wouldn't put the hood on so you couldn't really tell what he was:()

Here he is guarding the candy....

And here's Chenoa as a cowgirl riding her horse!! We tried to get her to wear a bandanna around her neck but she wasn't having any of that!! LOL

Re: Showoff your costumes!!
I couldn't figure out how to edit my other post, so I guess I'll put them here...look how much she's grown since those other pics!!! Y'all have some cute kids and some awesome outfits!!!
Amara and her friend, Kole:

I can't get over how cute she was here, but then again, I'm a little biased!!
http://i100.photobucket.com/albums/m...s/DSC02009.jpg
For future reference, sewing ears and a darn tail was a pain in the ya-ya!!! I just couldn't get them down quite good enough, and here I am thinking that it was going to be easy!!!

Re: Showoff your costumes!!

Re: Showoff your costumes!!
Doris, those are wonderful pics!!! What a precious baby!!!!
Jaybunny, a couple of years ago, my hubby and I dressed for a party, he was the convict (in an orange jumpsuit), and I was the cop. It was pretty wild, we were getting looked at in public, even though it was Halloween!!!
Cait is tooooo cute!! Love it!

Re: Showoff your costumes!!
I will remember the camera next year! :D I'm actually going to start planning what I'm going to be next year since this year I grabbed a costume off the shelf last minute because I'd been too busy to actually put some thought into my costume.
A co-worker and I have been talking about getting the other cafe workers to dress up as reindeer for this holiday season. (I don't celebrate Christmas as a religious holiday, but I like to get into the holiday spirit) That costume I'm going to put some real work into. I'm actually going to go out once the holiday stuff is put out and and get a collar with jingle bells on it and a set of fake antlers. Oh and we are going to elect one cafe server to be Rudolph.

I'm still playing with a couple different designs ... hopefully I'll have some ready before it gets much colder out.

Re: Showoff your costumes!!
Here's my kids...
Petra as a ninja character from one of her favorite shows, Naruto. She made the cloak herself, and opted for minimal makeup. And refused to smile because "ninjas don't smile!" LOL
http://i183.photobucket.com/albums/x...07/Petra-2.jpg
http://i183.photobucket.com/albums/x...07/Petra-1.jpg
Austin couldn't find any store-bought costumes he liked and didn't like any of my ideas for costumes that ~I~ could make for him, so he opted for one I made a couple of years ago. His own version of "spiderman"... ;)
http://i183.photobucket.com/albums/x...007/Austin.jpg
And Nathaniel is just completely enamored with the "real" Spiderman these days...so his choice was a no-brainer at the store. :D
http://i183.photobucket.com/albums/x.../Nathaniel.jpg
Both of my "spidermen"...
http://i183.photobucket.com/albums/x.../spidermen.jpg
Much fun and rejoicing was had by all...especially when the sugar intoxication set in! :rolleye2:
