    New Clown Female
I had posted bout my lil run in with a breeder while searching for a female clown and quite a few people got invovled in the thred so I figure since I made my decision and will be paying this girl off this week I figured Id show a pic of her... I dont think Cory (Bradford Cole) minds me showing off this beauty he produced.

Anyone know why my pics always post so small?? I dunno but if you click on the picture it should give you a larger image.

Yea the collection has grown pretty quickly haha... Im just glad my parents are cool with us (my gf and I) getting into snakes like we have without hassling us too much. Were living at my parents house for like 6-8 more months while my gf finishes student teaching and wraps up her degree before we get our own house. We got our whole lives to pay for a house and all the other crap that comes along with one so we mine as well soak it up while its free right? Its definetely a plus to be the baby of the family cause everyones moved out so we have all these extra rooms getting no use... I'm glad I could put one to use and turn it into my snake room!

Aww man! Love those clowns, I remembered that ad, very nice pick up, I'm jealous :D
I hear ya with the living with parents thing. Bf lives with ma and pa, and I live there with him till we can afford a house. Unfortunately, we don't have the luxury of extra rooms haha! Just the one room with 14 snakes, 18 rats, a turtle, and everything else we need to live. (That includes a 42" lcd high def tele. Yes, you need that to live :D) lol. Nice girl though!!

[edit] Been corrected, its a 46" tv. :P

    Re: New Clown Female
I purchased a flat screen last yr (42in plasma) and it HAD to be able to go on the wall... T.V.'s take up so much room especially when you got a big one so to be able to put it on the wall outta the way was a huge plus... How do sleep with the temps so high?? We had to get ours out of the room we sleep in bc im not sleeping in no 78-80 degree room? You crazy women!

LOL, our racks are completely insulated. It's usually around 71-75 on any day. The rack runs higher of course, but its all good. The AC took care of our ambient most of the time.
Oh our tv is on top of an entertainment center as he didnt see the need of paying another 130$ for a wall mount. Crazy I say! Its out of the way though and gorgeous. :)

    Re: New Clown Female
Ya i ended up paying 250$ for the wallmount I needed... pretty frickin ridonkulous if you ask me but If its going to last me 10+ yrs and keep the tv outta the way its worth it to me... I could see it now... I rush home... fling open the door... knock the TV off a stand and TV smashes on the floor... Id be pisssssssssssed!!!!!

Plus mine is a phillips ambient light so you canT really see the light on the sides if its not on the wall.. Kinda defeats the whole purpose of the ambient light which is why I bought this particular tv

    Re: New Clown Female
This season, I'll breed him to normals, unless I somehow run across breeding age female hets... cheap. HAHAHAHA!!! I slay myself sometimes.. that would be really likely. I'll keep any females, sell the poss het males.
I'm debating on breeding him to my pastel female, since all babies would be poss het clown, and some might be pastel poss het clown. But I REALLY want a bumblebee. So I'm waffling.
I try to also think about the value of the possible babies, which will bring in more funds, and which will please me more. Like I said, I REALLY like bumblebees, and want one, but would pastel poss het clown babies be worth more? DECISIONS DECISIONS!!!!
Sigh, it's just so much fun to plan.
Wolfy(I want to see more pics of your girl growing too!)

    Re: New Clown Female
Wolfy I always wanted a bumble bee as well and thats pretty much why I got wanting to breed BPs... Ive decided since I already have 10 snakes now and I think I wanna finish with like 20-25 after breeding for 10-15yrs so I think Im going to hold off on a holding back a bumble bee until I can make it a super pastel bumble bee... I only have so many vacancies with so many snakes on my "i want" list its hard to decide. I wont be breeding till next yr as my oldest females are only 06's but Ill be going for bumble bees and super pastels my first yr. Hopefully I get a super male who will be bred to my spider and clown females his first yr breeding. I can only imagine what a super pastel clown looks like :):)

Hets are always a good way to go I just dont like the wait... In one of my earlier posts I said how I only have limited room in my plans for the snakes I want to keep so the only hets ill end up having are the ones I mix with my clown... I'm not the type of person who has a snake for 3-4 yrs then gets rid of it for whatever reason. Animals to me are pets first.... breeders second... I think a lot of people have them the other way around and that poses a problem in my head. I'm just rambling now haha.... Gongrats on the het lav. albinos... any pics?
