Silver Streak?

I know a cinnamon pastel x pastel is a pewter. And that silver bullet is a pewter x cinnamon pastel. So what exactly is a silver streak? Is it a a super cinnamon and super pastel combined into one morph? I tried looking into Kevin's book to find out, but I either overlooked it or it wasnt in there.

A silver streak is a Black Pewter (Black pastel x Pastel) to a Black Pastel. i.e. Super Black Pastel x Pastel. Hope that helps. For all practical purposes, a Silver Bullet but with Black Pastel instead of Cinnamon Pastel.

No it's not....

A Silver Streak is a Black Pewter (Black pastel X Pastel) to a Pastel. i.e Super Pastel x Black Pastel. For all practical purposes, a Sterling Pastel but with Black Pastel instead of Cinnamon Pastel.

I apologize. You are correct. I typically get the black pastel names confused. Also, my heavy drinking last night did not help me to think straight to begin with. Thanks for correcting me, so that more confusion isn't spread to others.

I know all those names, but past pewter i get so lost on what they mean, lol. Those are the only ones i can never get right, so I just call em super pastel cinny or whatever...lol

Ok so a silver streak is the same thing as a sterling pastel?

Wow, not only do you admit to your mistake on the morphs but you admit to you drinking heavily, you're not my long lost brother are you?

would a:
super pastel x cinny = pewter??
pastel x super cinny = pewter??

super pastel x black pastel = black pewter??
super black pastel x pastel = black pewter??

pewter x pastel = sterling?

black pewter x pastel = silver streak?

man, am i confuse??

If those are supposed to represent breeding pairings, then yes, I believe all of the offspring you listed are possible from the pairings you listed.

Yes it is the equivalent of the sterling pastel using a Black Pastel.


Black Pastel X Pastel = Black Pewter
Black Pewter X Pastel = Silver Streak

After much reading.. I summarise this....

Black Pastel X Pastel = Black Pewter
Black Pewter X Pastel = Silver Streak

Cinnamon X Pastel = Pewter
Pewter X Pastel = Sterling

Black Pewter X Pewter = Silver Bullet.

Black Pastel X Black Pastel = Super Black Pastel
Cinnamon X Cinnamon = Super Cinnamon

I wonder Silver Streak X Sterling = Silver Sterling???
