reptile radio!!!

Just wanted to know if anyone listened this weekend? I heard it this morning... Anyway i love the show. :gj:Great job larry

BT has a great show and so does Ralph davis...i listen to both of them

I have been listening to reptile radio and have enjoyed it.They have discussed some interesting subjects and have great potential to cover many more topics of interest to herpers. I think that they could have a wider audience if they toned down the language though. Thats just a suggestion, not a complaint. There are many people that would stay away because of the colorful adjectives used. I will be listening all the same.

Reptile Radio is awesome but I think more people like.... Kevin from N.E.R.D. should come or Bob Clark... THEN it would be the best and there would be more listeners.

dsirkle, I like good honest criticism so first things first, thanks for listening and giving your opinion on ways to make the show better. Your probably right. In the future we may go that route and tone the language down or cut it out completely, at this point I'm sure. Some people like the cable version better, some don't so we'll have to see how it works out.

Yea, Maybe if you tone down the Language, I'll call in and ask some questions. Until then I'll never listen to another show! LOL...

Then I'll just have to call in and get colorful myself. I listened to every broadcast last night while I was doing some work around the condo. I had the home theater up full blast, so the swearing really helped with not making the neighbors think I'm a total geek.

Tim called in last night while we were on the air. I was surprised as all get out, too bad I didn't have more time. (Maybe Tim can donate an hour of his time sometime.?.?.?)

I'm glad you like it. In the beginning I wasn't really sure how it would go over with the community. I thought “oh well people will either love it or hate it.” I love all forms of feedback and It’s comforting to hear an experienced member giving positive feedback. Thanks

Well let's put it this way BT.....I grew up around Canadian hockey players and most of my family hunts. I pretty much was weaned on the "colorful" language of a group of guys stumbling around at 4 a.m. trying to locate the coffee maker and their warm socks so they could make it out to the duck blind for opening day....nuff said LOL! A few years working in a police station pretty much rounded out my own *cough* colorful language. :rofl:

We just keep it nice here in our family friendly forums and it's all good. :)

I used to have a very *cough* ripe vocabulary but after having 4 kids I had to learn to edit the comments LOL. Now I have my youngest reminding me that even the word "stupid" is...."not a NICE word mommy!" Live does change once the little ones come along. :)

Louisiana (hope I spelled that right) is one of the states I want to visit one day. I've always heard the music and the food is just incredible down there.

Okay I'm now willing to admit I have some sort of herp addiction LOL. I darn well fell asleep really early and missed the live BHB show! How sad is it I woke up at 4 a.m. and my first thought was "damn it I missed the show!!!!!"

Okay well to be honest my first thought was "damn it I need coffee"...but reptile radio was a close second! :D So here I am at this ungodly hour of the morning, listening to Brian from BHB and sipping my beloved coffee. Great show, can't wait for next week!

Oh I know Tim - Just my lame attempt at a little humor...Louisiana will always be considered my home - I lived in Shreveport / Bossier City for 26 years and after being gone for 9 years - I sure wish I could move back tomorrow...Food ain't too bad down there either...LOL...Ain't too many (none really) places up here serving up some good 'ol frog legs, jumbo with a little boudin on the side...
