    Hey guys so I've had my snake Sanchez for a bout a year and my roomate gave me his normal ball, Borat, and i've decided that i love snakes so i decided to get another one...yup i've been looking around for a while but if all goes well and things work out i should be getting this beautiful guy soon. Enjoy.

    sorry to double post but does anyone else have a caramel? do their colors stay consistent as they get older? do they fade? anyone have pics of adults? any input would be great thanks

    I believe the colors get better/intensify as they age.

    Congrats, and good choice! I'm super jealous! I LOVE caramels. They are definitely a favorite of mine. :love:

    Thanks...yea it's my all time favorite morph that's why i just had to get one :D

    Carmels are awesome but do you just have normal ball? If i was you I would get some co dom morphs to breed to your normals like a lesser or pinstripe and then when you have some more cash get the carmel and a het carmel female. but you have good taste! :)

    Thanks, but i'm not going to breed him i'm keeping my snakes as pets, at least for another three years or so.

    In my opinion, baby Caramels are ugly ducklings that grow into beautiful swans. With that said, I have only hatched 4 Caramel Albinos, and only have one adult, but I think my adult is awsome, and didn't really care for the colors on the babies. They are one of the few morphs that get better with age (kind of like wine). I have included a pic of mine as an adult and my hatchlings after their first shed, and will go take a pic of a baby next to my adult later today.

    p.s. Congrats on that beautiful animal. Also, I think the picture quality of your Caramel is horrible, and my bet would be that that Caramel is way better looking in person. I think you would be very happy with that guy.

    Wow, the colors on that adult are ridiculous...that's a beautiful snake you have there and i definetly hope mine looks like that when he grows up....and yea i can't wait to actually see him in person.

    WOWWW that's impressive the colors really seem to change a lot when they mature, that's awesome...this pictures are making me that much more excited to get him...now i just need a name...
