    Heading back to Iraq
Just got off the phone with my son Brandon... he was getting ready to board his flight to Iraq for his second tour. The boy must like serving because he is re-enlisting for another 4 while in Iraq.

If you all could keep him, and the rest of our military people in your thoughts and prayers, it would be greatly appreciated.

I will definately keep him and the rest of your family in my thoughts and prayers. Tell him that my family and I really appreciate what he does everyday for all of us, and we also appreciate the sacrifice that you and your family make as well. Thank you!

    Thank you. :salute:

I keep all of our soldiers in my prayers daily, but it's nice to be able to thank a few of them personally. Again, if you'd care to share his address again I'd love to send out a package to him.

Ditto to all above responses and please pm or post his address, my wife and I have sent dozens of packages over to each solder we know personally or via someone else. I've actually received nearly as many phone calls or letters back showing the true appreciation they have for small items and letters they have received. Not only do the items help lift their spirits but you also help pass the time by sending packages over, so I encourage everyone to do so, even to random strangers as often those are the ones received so well by those serving as the know we all truly appreciate them.

Thanks to all of you for the well wishes and prayers. I am a VERY proud papa of this son. Growing up he was headed slightly in the wrong direction and then one day he just came up to me and said "Dad....I need to straighten up and get to living better". We had a long talk and I mean long, about what he needed to do to better his life. I dont think he could have made a wiser choice then to have joined the Marines, it did wonders for this now man.

    Again...Thank you

His address is, for those that are interested:

    CPL Brandon Phillips
2D AABN Delta Co. Mnt. Plt.
    Unit 73580
