    Super Dwarf Retic
Does any one own these? they're about 6 feet.
I wasn't sure where to post this but since its a form of retic I just threw it in here. Just thought they were cool alternative for people who want a retic but dont have enough room.

My good friend Jim Mason, aka Bebo, was the first to successfully breed and hatch superdwarves here in the States. If you are interested on any info about them, you can contact him through albinoburmese.com

hmmmmm, are they super expensive? right now im buying a few carpets (Jungle, Ij, possibly a Coastal) and a pastel bp or 2. I'd like to add some more variety to my collection but theres no way I am ready for a full grown retic (and I think they're illegal on long island)

Here is my super dwarf sibling from Reeds Retics-he is out of town until Thursday but you can reach Jim Mason of Bebos Burms and he can help you.(bebomason@hotmail.com) My little guy has the best personality-very friendly and docile. Guess we got lucky.

I have seen supers at $225 at an expo. They were bred by some one who claimed to be the first to breed locality supers..i believe that's what he said. They had great temperaments, but so do most animals at the shows....only to bring them home and find out their real temeperaments :P .

Kaa was an '05 (import) SD Retic and he cost me $500, but the seller was clearing his animals, it was the end of the show and he was willing to cut me a deal.....

As for temperament...he was definitely a retic! I only had him about 4 months before he escaped, but he was VERY fast! and was a very hard striker, and was a poopy snake if I wasn't paying careful attention to what I was doing...just over 6' long, but not expected to get much longer than that.

I'll get another one to replace him but the caging will be MUCH different than the tub he was in before.:(

I just got back from Northwestern Berks Reptile Show in Hamburg, PA, where I purchased a Jampea dwarf retic from a Scott Sivalia. He sells SUPER DWARF retics (calico line...one which he founded) for $225 each. They have great temperaments and the sire is 5.5' and the dam is just under 7' and being a few years old, pretty much full grown.
