I have tried to download a pic for the BPOM about a dozen times last night and this morning and I'm getting keep getting a wrong address message? Is there something screwy with the server? My POTM downloaded fine but BPOM
keeps giving me error messages.

Just tried HOTM and that downloaded fine too.

Have you tried again since you left this message? I've validated quite a few entries in BPOM that were submitted after you posted about your problem. I know Raj was taking a look "under the hood" but was not able to see anything wonky.

I keep trying and get the same error message

Most likely causes:
You are not connected to the Internet.
The website is encountering problems.
There might be a typing error in the address.

Wierd it must be me?
The other two categories were no problem?

I kept shrinking it and it finally went through. I started 791x684 which I thought would be fine, usually if the size is wrong i will get that message. Ant way shrunk to 85% of that a still no go, we are talking 20 attempts. Shrunk it even more just now and went through no problem.

Maybe my virus protection didn't like the size for some reason?

Very odd! I'll check back with Raj to see if he can figure it out! :)

What format is the image in and what's it's size? I'm inclined to say at this point that it may be the picture itself...which would make it quite strange if it happens to be in everyday jpeg or gif formats.

Some firewalls get angry when you have an HTTP request open for too long, and they'll temporarily block port 80 until it dumps the connection. I'd try to temporarily disable your firewall and try to upload the full size photo again.

It went through after reducing size several times only it wasn't oversized to begin with.
