I would say that we should hook those people through the nose, but people pierce their face all of the time now days =/ It is really terrible though.

Yup.. people who do that, should be run through a hook themselves..

The sad part is, if people didn't let their pets stray, this wouldn't become a problem. If people can't be responsible for a pet, don't get it. Very sad that any group could do this, but irresponsible owners are as much to blame.

You know trying to express myself on this and remain family friendly is impossible. So I will just say this. I believe God has a special place for people like that. :(

This is maybe a little off-topic, maybe not, but it reminded me of a story I heard the other day. Some burglar broke into this lady's house and she had a sun conure that had been with her for like 9 years or something. When she got home the bird cage was tipped over and the bird gone so she started calling to it. She could make out a tiny squeaking so she searched frantically, and finally found the bird trapped in a ZIPLOCK BAG in the closet. Luckily she found it in time, but how horrible is that? The burglar just wanted to be an asshat; there was NO reason for that at all. I loathe people like him and whoever got to that poor dog. I sincerely hope that there really IS a god who will punish people like that. It's just wrong in so many ways.

That was just gross...why? I mean what would possess someone to even consider doing that...I am sure Dog is not on a Sharks menu so there is no reason to even think of that.

All I can say is I qualified as an "Expert Riflemen" in the Army and could use the total sum of that skill on such scum and never have a day of regret in my life for doing so. Such people (if they can be called that) do not deserve oxygen!
