My two sons and I recently saw a Gaboon Viper at the National Zoo in Washington, D.C. The plaque said the Gaboon has the longest fangs of any snake at 2".

The video led me to other interesting clips by the same YouTube user.

It's a long clip, but DV is one teed off snake! Better him than me. Dealing with the diamondback and the sidewinder were enough for me.

Yeah, he is...Wrigley's hissed like that, but not for that long. But then again, I didn't keep shoving the rat in his face or thumping him with it either. :rolleyes:

Gaboons are so cool, but I still like Rhinos more. :snake:
