I don't think that I can possibly

make it through the entire day at work today, my last work day before Daytona!!! I'm so ready, been waiting a year - and I still have a gazillion things to get done tomorrow before we hit the road tomorrow night!

GAH! Focusing today is going to be a BIG problem! LOL

same here robin, last day repairing ac's for me! for a week anyway.


nothing but relaxing and drinking for the next week:D

off to work, 8 hours to go...

You guys have a great time!! I wish Daytona weren't so far away or I'd be there too instead of picking up all this OT I took at work...

I can't concentrate either today but that's because I've been working so much I've had 6 hours sleep since Sunday morning :)

I have midterms tomorrow, then 8 hours of work...and then 8 hours until my flight.:eek: Busy day...should be fun!

Oh good grief! I almost WISH I were at work today. Been up since 5, headed out at 7 to Walmart, Aldi's to get Karl some cashews, car wash, Goodwill (for used pillowcases for tranporting snakes), Office Depot to look for boxes, UPS Store to actually buy a box, conveniece store to fill up on gas, grab cigarettes and check tire pressure, library, Subway to pick up a sub for our road trip, nail salon, grocery store and finally the pet store to pick up an adult female ball I purchased on Saturday to transport to Daytona.


I still have to solder some entrances in some travel totes, vacuum, do a load of laundry, change wiper blades, check oil level and top off if needed, iron some clothes and check my list.

I'm pooped!

Hehe....at least you're keeping busy, Robin. Think how nuts you'd be feeling if you had hours and hours of nothing to do but wait for Karl to get off work and hit the road??? :P

Yeah, but it's still 7-8 hours before we hit the road - oh yeah, gotta take a shower after I get out of the sun - I'm sick of these 100+ temp days, at least it will be 10 degrees cooler in Daytona.


Another good reason to travel at night - oh whoops! Better call the hotel and tell them we're checking in at 3 or 4 in the morning and not to cancel our reservation!

my god, im glad that when i go somewhere the other half takes care of that stuff...have to bring her flowers today i never thought of what she goes through before we go somewhere.
