2007 Breeding Plans

For the 2007 breeding season, I've finally decided on my plans. They are as follows:

1. Pastel Female x Salmon Male
2. Normal Female x Salmon Male
3. Pastel Female x Salmon Male
4. Purple Salmon Female x Kahl Albino (66% het Anery) Male
5. DH Ghost Female x Anery Male
6. Pastel het Kahl Albino Female x Suri/Cancun/Col het Kahl Albino Male

Possibility still:
Anery ph Kahl Albino Female x Kahl Albino ph Anery Male
She is 3 years old, but might not be big enough yet.

It's all about Boas!

What are you plans?

My plans are:

Ball pythons-
1. Black back jungle type het albino male x Het albino female
2. Pastel male x normal reduced female
3. Dinker male x dinker reduced poss. het pied female
4. Labyrinth type male x dinker female
5. Dinker male x Granite type female

I've also been taking care of one of my friend's Brazilian Rainbow Boa pair that I'm going to attempt to breed this year.

I'm really excited and hoping for lots of babies and maybe even prove out a new morph? ;)

We haven't solidified our plans yet. We'll wander around Daytona show and see what has been produced then get down to some serious planning.

I'm just going to play it by ear. I have a two year old girl that might make it to 1500 grams but I think I'm going to give her another year. :D

I'm kind of like Alice. I have some rough drafts running around in my head, but I haven't really put anything on paper yet. To be honest, I'm not really looking forward to it, as I want to make everything, and I can't, so some decisions are going to have to be made and I'm sure I won't want to make them.

edit: I do have one definite already in place. My Het. T+ Nic male will be breeding my 4 female Nics. Only Boas we have, other than the KSB's.

het albino x het albino (FINALLY - been dying to get this done)
yb pastel male x nice normal (for now)
"orange dream" look-alike male x normal reduced female
dinker male x normal female

really hoping on a good year this year *crosses fingers*

Lots of good ideas! I was really hoping to prove out my anery ph albino and my albino ph anery all in one shot this year. I'm still hoping on having her fattened up enough, but it doesn't look good. Oh well, there is always next year, right? haha. All in all, I'm hoping to repeat my Salmon x Pastel breeding with the same amazing results and get another odd ball or two! A male would be nice. I'll cross all my fingers, but you got to do the same! lol

I have so many breedable girls for this season I don't want to think about it ... maybe I'll just take the year off. ;) :twisted:

Coral Snow x Ghost Motley
Banded motley het amel x Banded motley het amel
Hypo Lav x Lav (both are 66% het stripe and the lav is 66% het hypo - hopefully some hypo lav stripes!)
Butter Motley x Butter Motley
Coral Snow x Ghost Bloodred (if the ghost bloodred is big enough, though I may wait a yr just to be safe)

My cinny pair and pastel pair for sure and i have a dinker male going with my two normal females.

Hey, you gotta start somewhere and corns are probably the best experience builders. Plus, there IS SO MANY different types! I get so confused when people start talking corn and milks, good luck!

Pewters, bumbles, albinos and maybe a butter or lesser bee, lets see what Daytona has to offer. And of course the single morphs from those combos. Oh yeah I have a female ghost that should go and don't know if I will make het somethings or pick up a co-dom ghost in Daytona. (Fingers crossed)

Gotta get me some that lucky Tim sweat to sacrifice to the Gods! :cool:

those are what i'm planing but i do have a few more normal females that will be put into play just don't know where

I wish I was in Adams position. :clap:

No clue on what I'm pairing this season... Probably a lot of Anacondas, Retics, and Balls though. :popcorn:
