    g-stripe and sunfire
well, I finally got to take a short drive up to my favorite retic breeders place (jason reed) yesterday to pick up my two new little beauties... :sunny:

they both fit quite nicely with the rest of our retic collection, mostly because they have the crazy wierd eyes!! (I always seem to pick those out the group) But these two are certainly not like anything else we have... :carrot: sorry, the pics are really rough for now just because it was dark and they were moving around a lot and I didn't want to bother them too much yet... I'll get some more pics in a couple weeks after they've gotten a few meals...

thanks, the g-stripe is a dwarf, so she should never get more than about 10 ft...

the sunfire on the other hand, well, this one's not a dwarf... :) I'm going to be trying to pick up a female DWARF sunfire this next year...

They look great. :sunny: What will you make out of the male Sunfire x female Dwarf Sunfire, other than some 50% Dwarf 50% Normal babies?

Yes, G-stripes are recessive, while tiger/super tiger is co-dom (obviously  )

well the dwarf sunfire wouldn't be 100% dwarf, but yes I do think super sunfires are going to be amazing... so the two suns together won't mean much as far as dwarfs go, but I can use the dwarf sun female with my dwarf male super tiger, and get all 50% dwarf suntigers... and there are a few other possible combos... ;)

And then I'd really like to try one day to pull off sunfire genetic stripes... so that dwarf sunfire I'll pick up next year may also be het g-stripe... at least that's what I'm going to shoot for... :sunny:
