Taking a Peek

So yesterday, Miranth's eggs were at day 64 of incubation, and I decided to cut tiny slits in each of them just to make sure the babies weren't undersized or having trouble. From what I saw yesterday there were 4 Lemons and 3 normals. Today I look in and see two little Lemony heads sticking out. From what I see, they are very light :)

Thanks! Even more little heads are popping up now and the Pastels are just so light(white even) and blushed out. So pretty and just adorable. They all seem pretty reduced in pattern, but we'll see :)

I now just need a good soldering iron so I can finish the flexwatt in their rack! Every one I have tried has been a piece of pppeeeeewwwwpppp, LoL.

Beautiful snakes new life amazes me...was wondering...from picture 3 is it possible for the snakes to drown in the fluids?

One of the Pastels made it all the way out last night and looks WONDERFUL, just like Orth(the father). Nice jungly pattern. I left him/her in the egg box so the others would hurry up and quit being lazy bums. The first one out is nice and chunky. I looked in this morning and saw that a normal had made its way out as well. I love busy patterned babies!

Heh... Everyone got out of their eggs tonight, got cleaned up(everyone's umbilicus looks great too) and sexed.

We have *drumroll*

4 FEMALE PASTELS! And 2.1 normals :)

One of the little pastels was striking at me too, LMAO! Such a feisty little girl!

Those are some of the most beautiful baby pictures I've ever seen. The pastels just have that soft ... pastel (haha) look to them that makes it perfect for baby pictures. Congratulations! You must be so excited; I am, and I'm just looking at pictures of them. :P
