My Sexy Senior Citizen makes me proud...

While I was away whitewater rafting this weekend one of my clutches decided to hatch. I bred my 21 year old normal (Maple) to my Cinny male and Lemon Pastel Male. She gave me 10 good eggs, but one went bad after a couple of weeks and another went bad right before they were due.

Out of the eight eggs I ended up with 1.1 Cinnies, 1.1 Lemon Pastels and 3.1 Normals. A little heavy on the twigs and berries, but I'm happy. :D

Fortunately I have a wonderful wife that went from ophidiophobe to ophidiophile in only two years. :P She bathed them and set them up in the baby rack all snug-like. She was worried about one of the normals that was bleeding a little from its umbilical, but she contacted Adam and he eased her worries. (:bow: Adam!)

Here's a pic of one of the normals, pastels, and cinnies. I can't seem to get Balls to cooperate while posing. They're either doing their best basketball impersonation, or they're sprinting away. :rolleyes:

Wow Lawrence, even if you were male heavy that's quite an interesting clutch. They all look great too, even if mom should be in a geriatric ward!

Thanks again everyone! I bred her to my cinny and pastel twice with each one. I expected the clutch to have more cinnies as he was the last one, but I thought it was pretty cool to end up with 1.1 each. :)

Robin I too got a good laugh from the twig and berry reference..... after I got it. It took me a minute and then I was banging my head. :ohmygod: Apparently, I need to get my head out of the Pokemon videos since they seem to lowering my IQ at a rapid rate. (although I do have pokemon to thank for teaching my daughter her numbers .. at least the tens, twenties, ... nineties. Now if only they'd print some with HP 38, 94 and such... :giggle: )
