New boy from golli reptiles

This little guy came in this morning, Unfortunately he pooped in his bag so he smelled offensive to say the least. I was very pleased upon removing him from the bag. He looked big and healthy, although a bit dirty (from the poo)

I cleaned him up, gave him a little bath and dropped him in his tank. Within a few minutes he was snuggled up tight in the cold side hide.

What kind of bedding is that?

Thank you for the purchase, glad to see that he made it there in once peice, I'd say sorry about the poo however at least you know he's eating :D

I actually found a local pet store (where I buy my feeders) with a knowledgeable staff, and parasite free reptiles of all sorts. Unfortunately most of their ball pythons have the typical normal patterns. I browsed through most of the breeders' websites and a lot of the stuff was way out of my price range (with 3 other hobbies, or habits, to fund it gets kind of tough, especially when one is car related :P). Came across this little guy and just had to have him. :cool:

Neil is a great guy to do business with! I have never had a problem with a snake I've bought from Neil. They are always healthy, eating, clean, and parasite free.


He is one of the Good Guys!

Nice looking snake!!! Im in the suburbs of houston. I have wanted to visit there stroe for awahile, do they sell frozen rodents?

Nice snake :) He should have asked to use the toilet before leaving though ;) Maybe stopped at one of those rest stops?

Eric, the guy who runs the place, is very nice. I've asked this guy some of the most seemingly stupid questions and he's never lost his nerve with me or given me conflicting advice no matter how many times I call or drive over there.

I think they do, I normally buy live. You also have the option to buy your feeders pre-killed. Just give them a call, I'm sure they'll be more than happy to accommodate.

:P He took down a hopper last night. I tried it at 2pm which is when I usually feed the other buy and he wouldn't take it so I set the box ontop of his cage for a little bit until he came out. He wasnt interested in the mouse and I finally picked up his hide and saw that he took another huge dump in there. This guy is a little poop machine. Anyway after I cleaned up the poop he took the mouse and went right back into the cool side hide.
