    July 4th Eggs!!!
Scarlett dropped our final clutch of the season today. So far from what I can see she's got 5 huge good eggs and 2 slugs. We are going to give her a couple more hours to see if she is done. She was bred to Blaze, our Pastel male ....

We plan on keeping any female pastels - Knock on wood ...

And that would be the PERFECT name!!!

And here's one of mine. He's definitely darkened up, but I still think he looks pretty good. This pic is him at about 900 grams.

Ask away! Yes, the two dark small eggs are referred to as "slugs", under-developed eggs. They most likely will not hatch anything, but a lot of people will go ahead and put them in the incubator as well as you never know...

Congrats! The pastel boy is a hottie!

Congrats! Wishing for all female pastels for you. I have a Graziani and it looks just like yours. It didn't come directly from Gregg but it is nice to see a very accurate comparison. Best of luck with all your breeding projects.

Thanks all, can't wait to see our first "visual" morphs hatching out. We have some het albino's hatching in a couple weeks, but some thing about seeing that first pastel is going to be so cool. Well, we have some eggs from 2 66% poss het albino girls that were laid 1-2 weeks earlier, so I suppose we could see an albino before we see a pastel.
