Wow great pick up. Co/dom stuff tends to decline quickly however a lot of breeders still try and maintain a little better decline rate. 350.00 is a steal mind if I ask who you got it from??? And yea pics are a must around here.

YES it sucks co-doms go down so fast. I just purchased a pair of mojaves for very cheap and by the time I produce babies the prices for mojaves will be the same as pastels. I will just be looking foward to Blue eyed lucys and crystal balls in the future. By the way congrats, cant wait to see pics. I will post my new babies as soon as I get mines tuesday

I want to see!!! and 350$ shoulda bought two :P

Dominant morphs tend to hold value though...is that because they are the key to make super cool morphs....the spider hasnt failed once that I know of.

I remember when spiders with well above the $15,000 mark ... I paid $10,000 for my first spider many many years ago. It doesn't matter the type of mutation or how its made, it's all about supply vs. demand. When there were only but a few spiders available on the market, the price was high ... now that they have made their way into the hands of the average hobbyist that is breeding for pleasure, the price has come down to a very affordable level.

This thread needs some pics! I buy an animal because I like it and not what the future value will be?. I will probably being adding some mojaves this year because they are affordable but mostly because of the great combinations with other co-doms. Still alone they are a beautiful morph. Congrats and let's see the pics!

I agree...but nothing is better than getting what you want and getting your money back for it :)..Plus I believe it is cheaper to create then to buy.

Like me for instance...Instead of buying a honeybee...i have decided to create one :)...more rewarding to me than just buying it.

    Again...I love your Mojave!!!

Well I can remember when MKR bombed the market on Mojo's and lessers. I gave me a sick feeling in the pit of my stomach. To See a 350.00 Mojo this year kills me. What causes breeders to cut each other throats like that? Fear? Greed? what. I mean its sad to think that in 3 years Lessers have gone from 50,000 a pair to 3000.00 a pair and Mojos went from 30,000 a pair to a little over 1500 a pair. But I'm going to keep one keeping on cause I'm not doing it for the money, I'm doing it for the animal and all the great combos. But if someone wants a Mojo I produce next year 350.00 want cut it :D

Mojave's are one of my favorite morphs! Maybe they don't hold their value, but wha does it matter? Their beautifull!!! Isn't it more rewarding to come home after a long day of work and to be able to look at gorgeous animal, then to breed and make alot of money? Ofcourse, with the money you can buy more animals which makes it even more rewarding to come home from work and look at you animals... Hmm, though decision...

I say everyone hold on to there mojaves and produce a number of combinations with other Bps. I also agree, when I seen that $350 I was getting a quizy feeling.Probaly by the time I breed my 07s they will be $200 for 1.0 and 300 0.1 in the market. Which sucks. Ohwell I still have my het pieds and I have big plans for mojaves to make some super nice mojaves and Lucys.

Man Im getting queezy again. Imagine when the value of lessers go down as the same price for pastels

Very nice Mojave! I consider Mojaves a darker Morph, and usually I go for the lighter Morphs, but for some reason, I really like the Mojaves. Very good pick up! Now you need a nice Lesser girl to go with that male:)

    Good luck....
