Just got her today and she is mean. Tried to bite me several times and hissed a lot. I did my best to take pics without getting bitten. I still love her though. :sunny:

What a looker you have there! How old is she? Hopefully she will calm down after she is acclimated, probably stressed from shipping ect. May I ask who you purchased her from?

Thanks a lot Mike. Couldnt have done it without ya.
She is about a year and a half or so. And yeah I hope she settles down. I drove about 140miles today to get her at eastbay viv. They had a few good selections of bloods(no borneos). Theres one last black there with a black head for a fair price but she was a lot more aggressive. lol. The employees there didnt want to even touch the blacks unless I was really going to buy her. Its cool.

Hey no problem always glad to help.

Thats a long haul man! Lol she must have been aggressive if the emloyees didn't even want to touch her. Give her some time and hopefully she comes around. Maybe its just me but her scales look a little dimpled or she is going into shed I'm not really sure, just make sure shes getting 60-70% humidity and that should clear up in no time. :rockon:

Congrats, I feel your pain. My Borneo is always groucy when I go to handle her. Right now shes about to shed and she wont let me touch her for anything. lol, I love bloods,borneos, and sumatrans

She is~ sweeet. Right now the humidity is in the upper 80s Im trying to get it down but I dont really want to bug her right now. Im letting her settle in first. The paper towel is pretty moist on the bottom, although the brown paper substrate is damp, but not wet.
I want to at least get change it so it can be in the low 70's. We'll see.

Well heres some updates....The dimples are still there, but getting better.

I feed her today two mice(store ran out of rats) and she ate! Tried the third one but she was done. Heres some pics of her eating.
