Those with 06ers, can you post the length and grams?

    Thanks

My Skyler was hatched mid may last year. she is roughly 32 inches and last time i weighed her about a month ago 563 grams i say maybe 570-ish grams (maybe more i cant weigh her for a few days she just ate therefore i cant measure her length either.) shes a fast grower though compared to my male.

Mine are about the same as Alice's. I guess my biggest '06 is my het clown, Oliver at 934 grams:

Although Pretzel and Mackenzie are giving him a run for his money as well.

As far as length, I really don't track length as much as weight.

My boy is puny. He weighed in at 135g in March, but hasn't missed a meal since, so is probably doing better now. He's probably only 2 feet long or so. My girl was 560 grams at the vet in early May. That's probably still the case since she's only eaten once since then, thursday night. She's longer, 2.5-3 feet.

My male pastel was born in OCT 06 didn't eat for two months (dec - jan) and is kicking 550 grams. He'll be an 800 to 100 gramer by breeding season and I'm not eve power feeding :D

My spider is a little younger. It was born on Nov 16 06 and is 480 grams. :D

They only slow grower I got is my Mojo shes only 325 grams and is the same age as my spider.

My male Lemon pastel is probably over 900g now(he never went off feed even during breeding) and he was an August 06 baby. I have an 06 female who is in the 300g range and quickly gaining weight.

I've been buying rats from this company called BALCO. I hear some guys called Bonds and Giambi shop there too.

He (yes, it's male!) likes to eat. I bought him at 6 weeks old. He had only eaten live but converted to F/T on the first try. At 4 months old he was eating 3 medium mice twice a week. I tried 2 large mice, but he was looking for more. So at 4.5 months old and 450 grams I went to 1 small rat twice a week. I've heard you can't overfeed a juvi BP, he'll just stop eating. My guy was no exception. At 6 months old and about 750 grams he stopped eating. I gave him 3 weeks off and he picked up were he left off, except I only feed him once a week. I think he wants more, but I'm holding him back.

Maybe there's something in the water. Our 7 year old boy (1 of 3 kids) is 80 lbs of solid muscle and can out eat me!! I think he's dippin' into the rats!!

Can't over feed a juvenile BP? This could be great news! My boy, the puny thing, ate 2 weanling mice the other day. I usually feed only one a week. I thought maybe if he didn't refuse to eat this week, that I'd offer him seconds more often. But I was worried that he'd go off feed if I over fed him... you say it's no problem?

You can over feed a young ball. And they will go off feed just like an adult.

Feed once a week the right size food and they will grow like they are suppose to.

My May '06 female is 600g at around 30 inches, and my male Aug. 0'6 is 296g, length unknown. They both eat a rat pup (just a size below a small adult) every 5 or 7 days, depending on how thin/thick they look when it comes feeding time.

That was my point, you can't over feed them, meaning they will only eat what they need, they won't get obese like adults can. If you feed too much they will stop eating. Then you have to hope they will restart.

    Sorry for the confusion.

Wouldn't that qualify as over feeding. I have seen young balls that are over weight.

    Holy Crap!

My 4 06's range from the 450's to almost 700's. If I powerfed I'm sure my near 700's would be more like 900's. Over all though from the date I bought each one, they have put on ~100+- grams a month.
