OK - Who Has 'Em?

When I went to NERD, I succombed to the fad - and purchased my first pair of Crocs. Very comfortable, even if they ARE ugly as hell.

Now I want another pair! LOL

So, who else sports Crocs?

OK, what's a Croc (other than the reptile)?? Please post a pic.

I would live in sandals (flip flops and thongs) if I could!

My daughter Sara...also hated them until she tried on a pair a couple weeks ago and she loved them!

So her uncle got her a pair. lol

They are very comfortable, so I can see why people wear them.

They are ugly, but comforatable. I like the flip flops the best.

I don't have a pair...they are so ugly! I've resisted trying them on too, just in case they are that comfortable and I'd be tempted to give in and buy a pair.

They also make bling for Crocs....all kinds of cool stuff. I'd almost get a pair just for the Vet symbol, but gah...must resist ugliness.

Ewww crocs are ugly! I like Vans slip ons, they're pretty comfortable. I wear mostly those and converse. :)

My hubby has stated if I buy a pair, especially in either bright pink or neon green, he won't be seen in public with me LMAO! I've wondered though, with them being rubber, don't they make your feet sweat?

I see, I see! I've never been cool - so maybe that's why I admit that I wear them! LOL

one of my friends refused to buy them for her 11yo. it was fine, cuz paighton wasn't really into them anyways. then her uncle decided to send his niece a bday present. you guessed it! she wears them EVERYWHERE. her mom is going insane!!! lol

I never got into jellies either.

I always wore pumps when everybody else as wearing jellies. lol

though I am SURE Croc's are way more comfy than those danng jellies were!

I LIVE in mine...they are the perfect "snake room" shoes & keep your feet comfy & somewhat protected. I'm on my feet most of the day & really love how comfortable the Crocs are - my feet don't hurt at the end of a long day. If you need serious foot protection (i.e. moving heavy cages, etc), go with something else, but if you want uber-comfort while doing everyday stuff, you can't beat them with a stick! I'll wear them just about anywhere - out running errands, around the shop, even when we go out for a casual dinner.

Besides, if my snakes don't care how the shoes look, I figure screw what anyone else thinks. ;)

My wife works in a hospital lab and usually wears one of her many pairs of Crocs to work. Lots of women in the lab wear them too. They are always standing and walking from station to station so the 'on your feet all the time' is a definate qualification to wear crocs to work...ah ha.....

....ha ha....ugly?....they just look like another pair of shoes to me ;)

I have 2 pairs, beige and bright orange. And I also have the sandles which are red and black.

I <3 my crocs.

I don't care what people think about my fashion sense. I wear what is comfortable to me! I LOVE my pair of crocs!

Kara said it best! I love wearing mine to work where I'm standing and moving around on my feet all day long. I don't have any feet aches or back issues at the end of the day. So that is all that matters. I find myself wearing them everywhere.

OK - NOW I'm cool! :P

I love my crocs. I wear them all the time. I need to go pick up a few more colors and styles...maybe the flip flops too. They're the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. I don't care how they look. My feet are happy, so I'm happy.:P

OK, I've seen them!!! My wife has a pair. Most nurses wear them.

They look very comfortable. Do they make a pair for basketball??? Maybe with cleats for baseball??? :D :D :D

I Absolutely (almost, as in unless I haft to look niceish) do not wear anything else...... I've been sporting the flips for MONTHS now and can honestly say that they are the best pair of shoes I have ever owned. :D They are the only ones that have seen the outside of my closet in forever..... poor other shoes.... :( Oh well! :P

but they were origanlly made for people who play beach volleyball or other similar sports

I love mine. I used to hate them, but I got a pair to wear on the ooil rig. When at work, I have to go inside the rig all the time. There is generally a no boot policy in the living quarters, so I was constantly taking off my boots and putting on tennis shoes. Well I have slip on boots for easy on and off of boots, but the tennis shoes were wearing me out. I got some crocs, and could go in and out all day without a problem. Then, the rest is history. I wear them almost all day when I'm at home.

I love my crocs! I wear them around the house, on erands, to the movies.

They are also great for camping. You can wear them in the river then around the campfire later. They dry quickly and are great for those middle of the night bathroom runs!

You know, I have stayed far away from Crocs, as I am very much into shoes and I like them cute and sexy. But I also have horrible feet, and I seriously cannot walk around my house without thick slippers on my feet or they will hurt terribly. By bedtime, they hurt anyway.

So today, I am going to to buy my first pair of Crocs based on what I've read in this thread. It remains to be seen if I will get to the point where I will wear them out of the house, ahaha.

Don't have them and will never have them, even if everybody was wearing them I still could not, too ugly :D .

In the house it is barefoot, and outside sandals and flip flops.

I also adore the Prima's and the Sassari's. Those are just HAWT! I need them in cotton candy, silver, and black.

I can't do that, unfortunately. I have freaky feet and must try shoes on before I buy them. Seriously, if I posted pics of my feet, small children would have to leave the room, and even adults would feel slightly violated.

Too darn ugly. I wear my western boots everywhere. Get a pair broke in and your good to go. Won't touch ugly shoes no matter how comfy.:banned1:

I actually think I saw a pair of these at the mall yesterday. I'm not sure they were the same brand though, I didn't actually see Crocs on them...but I must say I would NOT rock these. :cool:

Not my cup of tea. At work I have to wear work boots ( OSHA ) and at home it's natures best ie no shoes, anywhere else it's tennis shoes or Docs

But hey if there are comfy and you dig'em then wear them :)

From what I've heard, go with the croc's, don't buy a knock off, they won't be as comfortable.

I passed on the croc's myself, they didn't look to comfortable barefoot. I am a barefoot in the house and sandals in the summer kind of girl.

My husband has banned my girls and I from owing them. He refuses to buy them and says he would not be seen with us in them :P
I think they look comffy tho!
Owell I:D will stick to my flip flops and favorite slip on vans with the cute bright pink skulls on em till they fall apart:D
