The night before my b-day, we had a TERRIBLE storm which knocked down a 40' walnut tree, an apple tree, a huge limb from a maple, and two huge weeping willow branches, one of which hit our house (knocked stuff off of my shelves, but didn't hurt anything) the other branch took out the neighbor's deck.

But.. my actual birthday was lovely.. went to the Chicago field museum.. saw Sue the T-rex among other things.

So.. I've been kept busy, that's why I'm late at responding to this!

Nah, everyone gave me money, but you know how that goes.. I'll probably spend it on something herp related. LOL

I am soooooo late:oops: I hope you had a great birthday...after clearing all the tree limbs...and hope you spent all your birthday loot on an awesome new herp!!!! I'll be watching for a thread with all the pics of the new acquistion lol

Ah.. alas I have no more room for new herps.. so I'll have to settle for a new cage or something. lol.. perhaps a nice herp book? Oh I know.. I need another thermostat.

Happy belated birthday, and there is always room for more herps, just sell your dresser or something :D

I've already got a snake cage blocking one of my bookshelves (that's hardcore right there, I'm a book junkie) and the 'snake room' is floor to ceiling racks and boaphiles. I've got some young snakes that are going to grow big.. so I have to keep some room for them too!

Trust me, I've tried to find more room. LOL
