..This weekend?

I think Marc is having a friend spend the night tonight. So tomorrow I will most likely be cleaning up the mess left from 2 little boys on a sugar high.
Sunday I think Becky is coming to visit. Maybe we'll get a chance to do some shopping, too!

I'd like to go to the goth club Sunday night, just to do some dancing. You can't really goth dance in a regular club, people look at you funny.

I'm entertaining out of town guests! :D :carrot: :D


ps.... I totally forgot to tell you that you looked GREAT at the Austin Show!

Maybe it's time for me to hit a dance floor or two! :oops: lol

I thought you looked great, too! I just had such a great time hanging out with everyone, I wish we could do that more often.

Where are your weekend guests coming from? Y'all gonna do some touristy stuff?

Feeding/cleaning and building a rat rack :D

I'll be picking up some frozen rats at the Wheaton show and using my new smoker to make some more smoked pork and white fish. That thing is amazing, especially for $55 worth of parts.

We are off to a renaissance fair to watch some friends of mine perform, then hubby has a birthday party to go to while I get to stay home and feed, clean and admire our "kids". I think I get the best part of the deal! :D

haha, yea. I just found out my next door neighbors (who's my brothers age) have an xbox/xbox360/ps2/ps3.... So it'll be all fun and games until next monday when my summer session starts. lol.

This weekend is going to be mostly graduation stuff. My (half) brother is graduating Sunday and the party is Saturday at my parents farm. If its not raining Saturday morning I will be meeting up with a couple cousins, an uncle, and maybe others do some cruising on the motorcycles and then end up at farm for the party/dinner. I'll likely be going to the ceremonies Sunday, maybe looking at a house (probably won't make the open house), and finally at some point on Sunday I will do weekly tub cleaning for the snakes and rodents.

i'm cleaning and babysitting my brothers. and i can't go anywhere because i have to wait for the phone guy (that is never going to come) to bury this new phone cable. the people next to us cut it when they were putting a drain in...how you can pull that off i'll never know... just don't cut something if you don't know what it is!

Cleaning, band practice, buy some clothes and maybe play some WoW.

Everything so far was delicious. So far I've only done Boston pork for Carolina pulled pork, and a whole rainbow trout and white fish. I made it like the one Alton made on Good Eats, except I added a permanant thermometer and handles so I don't get burned. It stayed right at 200-210 degrees for the whole 12 hours. Here's a quick draw up of what I did if anyone's interested in a decent cheap smoker. I'll get some pictures of mine when I make some stuff this weekend.

How correct you are! :) The closest thing i can get away with at the local 80's metal haunt is headbanging. After a few SoCos on ice, I get into the music a little too much.. but everyone else has drank ten times what I have, so it's fine. I don't think they'd blink if I walked in wearing a sombrero and fishnets at that point :)
I did housework and lawn mowing today after work at 2pm. (a really cool place!) I am happy because hanging with jill is something that I can not do enough of; you know how it is when you have a friend that you don't even have to commuincate verbally with to be understood? that's it.
Sunday I plan on vegging out. I overdid it last week with 48 hours of work and getting the new vehicle/learning how to drive it/taking it offroad :)

That's so funny, Alton was what I was thinking about. My husband is quite enamored of him, so I have seen every episode, including the smoker one, hahaha. Maybe I should buy all the parts for Jeff for Father's Day.

To do as little as possible and sleep as much as possible to try to shake this chest cold. Do need to feed the snakes and clean the rat enclosures, but that's about it.

depends on the weather.

for sure I am fixing my jeep this weekend, and doing the usual fish tank maintenance chores.
if it doesn't rain I will be going hiking and doing some weeding in the flowerbeds. if it rains I will work (making up a day I took off means more money for me!)

got a lot of paperwork to do also...got pet supplies and automotive stuff I need to order, and need to book a trip to Denver for July.


tonight though, I am going to start off with a margarita that my husband is right now squeezing limes for :carrot:

Well looks like only one will be set up tomorrow as FedEx only shipped one of my cages today (even thought both said today was the expected delivery). Do they deliver on Saturdays? Lousy buttheads!!:mad:

Watching, waiting, taking pictures, and screaming for joy as new baby spotted pythons are magically appearing in my incubator. So far, 5 are out of the eggs and set up in little individual enclosures (still in the incubator), and 5 more are peeking out of the eggs.

well, we have my fiance's son here on the weekends and this weekend he happens to be sick. a 3 year old with chicken pox, a UTI, and an enlarged spleen is not much fun.....

My daughter woke up with chicken pox on her 7th birthday. We had a huge pool/luau party planned. I called all the parents, and every single one of them chose to come, hoping the kids would catch it! lol
That was before there was a vaccine, of course.

yeah, ben's been vaccinated... lol.

lets see, i have teams pictures for my sons coach pitch team at 4:15 today then i have my daughters t-ball team pictures at 5:20 then i have to work after that till midnight..

what I want to be doing is watching the cavs kick the piston arse in the eastern conference final tonight...
