How long now?Pics

Hey...Im breeding a mice right now. Weird, but I didnt have any problems except my other 2 females didnt prego. Oh well im switching to rats after this. The pinkies will go to my corn.

To the topic, how long do you think from the pics will she pop? I just seen the nipples(i think) coming out from her fur and shes getting bigger everyday. Other than that shes eating, drinking laying around a lot more. I forgot when I threw the male in with her. Any opinions?

Id say 1-3 days, when its obvious, you are very close.

I have one mouse in the same situation. She is huge!!!!! This will be her second litter, but I am not sure when. I guess she will pop and she is god and ready. I have been waiting all week!!!! I can't take this anymore!!!!! :rolleye2:

Same here, mine is easily bigger than a golf ball. MIght be as wide as 2 golf balls. I'm expecting them any minute

Do the babies or the mom make any noise when giving birth? Or do you just happen to find them when checking

I was working today so I didnt get to see it. I had a feeling this morning too, but I missed it.

U can hear the babies squeaking.

did you check for nipples protruding? I checked mines and she had her litter in 3days after...

Looks like she finally popped. I can't tell how many because she had them inside the igloo thing and there is a bunch of shredded kneenex so I can't get a good view without totally disturbing the nest. I can see at least 2. Those things are tiny, like the size of 2 jelly beans.

Going on a 3-day trip tomorrow so it should be safe to check it out when I get back

Is it normal to have one that is dead? Looks like I have 5-6 living ones and one that was dead, I removed that one
