Nobodys got close apart from Blu Mongoose with the terrier. Forget Lab, there's nothing remotely like a lab in him, apart from dog.

He is a new breed of cute mixed with adorable!!

    what a face!

I was going to say lab mix.

I have a chow mix and my husband said (years.....ago) that the people he bought her from (not a very reliable source) told him she was chow/springer spaniel mix.

I always thought maybe she was chow/lab.

LOL..I just have a hard time en visualizing that. I mean that would be like breeding a Great dane to a basset hound.

It's amazing how ingenious dogs can get. I've seen big females lay down to accomodate a small male. One of the ugliest dogs I know is the result of an Aussie female standing in a ditch, with a male Yorkie standing on the bank of the ditch. I also heard a story on one of the dog groups of a Dane female who backed up to a park bench to accomodate a male toy poodle (picture those offspring!).

And in the reverse case, last night we did a horrible surgery on a female MinPin/Doxie mix who had been bred by something huge...the dog weighed 6 pounds, and the single puppy, when we finally got it out (in pieces) weighed a pound by itself. She had managed to pass the head, and nothing more....and on x-rays, with the head out, the feet of the puppy were still up under her diaphragm...it was startlingly big. I don't know how she even managed to carry it to term.

So yeah....spay/neuter, k? 'Coz they will always find a way, and the results can be disastrous.

Well picture a german shepard breeding a poodle(not the giant the terrier size) .We had one of the pups and he was VERY protective over my brother and myself. If my mom ever attempted to yell at us or spank us he would show full growl teeth and all :P  .She "TRIED" to give him away to a farmer and he came back 10 days later :8: .
