How much of a colour change do these gecko's show on a daily cycle kind of thing?

I love their eyes and crests but in the first set I thought it had blue eyes.

:() i think the blue eyes were the angle of the camera, but hes normally bright orange and he gets lighter when taken out of his Terrarium for some reason.

the only reason to use any kind of bulb at night (or during the day) is if you need the extra heat for the cage or if you want to be able to see him. just make sure that the temperature doesn't get above 80-82 degrees in his cage with the bulb on. cresteds "fire up" at night when they are more active--this is when they show their brighter colors as opposed to their lighter/duller daytime/inactive colors.
