Re: Let's play a game!
yeah i guess. but we're pretty clueless! :confuse: guess we'll have to wait for someone more knowledgeable in boas to come along. :)

Could be, but Pastel traits are selectively bred and they usually pass something of that trait down to all the babies, thus all they salmons are somewhat degree of Hypo-Pastel.

Re: Let's play a game!
I am clueless.... does it have anything to do with the high red line Bob Clark (I think) is working with, that oritinated outside of the US?
Or does it have anything to do with the term "lipstick" I've seen talked about referring to Boas?
-
Re: Let's play a game!
No relation to any of those, Rapture.

Nope...
If it helps any, I really have no idea either...lol...sorry all!
They just popped up and there was only two of them, both similar, and they stood out drastically from all the rest of them...no similarities whatsoever. I wish there was a pair of them, but there isn't...two girls. They have a red tint to their eyes too, but the camera won't catch it. I don't think they are T+ are anything, but they are really different and really neat! I can't wait to see what happens when I breed them both in a few years. Sorry I ruined the game and all, but I was hoping someone might have some info that I didn't have.
Thanks for playing!

Re: Let's play a game!
could it have just been some temperature fluctuation during development? I know thats how the first stripes appeared, maybe? I dunno, it'd be neat if they pass that down

Nope, I'm not the only one with these. A guy I've talking to on a different forum has a carbon copy of these and he's had them for a few years and tried to breed them this year. We'll see!
