    Back from Mexico
I got back Saturday night. It was a blast. I took about 300 pictures while I was there, so I'll post some of the good ones when I have some time. The resort was 5 stars all the way. We spent a day at Xel-Ha and Tulum, I did a deep sea charter and did a ton of surf and pier fishing, and we took a lobster dinner booze cruise. I think the highlight was Tulum. The ruins were awesome and the beach there blows away any beach I've ever seen in ads for the Bahamas. I didn't want to come home. We're already planning a vacation to Cozumel and Chitzen Itza next year.

My parents went to Xel ha and Chitzen Itza and they loved it. My mom got some Killer Iguana shots while in Xel ha. Can't wait to see pics.

    Welcome back.

I got some good pics. A couple macros of the iggies, some shots of a couple different lizards and an under water shot of a huge sea turtle that popped up a few feet from me on the river at Xel-Ha. I saw a snake, but my camera wasn't ready. I couldn't tell what kind it was.

I'm buried here at work so it might be a few days before I can get the pictures uploaded and shrunk down. I have 2 disposable cameras that have a few shots left to take before I get them developed, than I'll have to scan them.

A small catch. Planned on cooking for dinner for us and a couple we met who had a kitchenette, but they went out. These became bait for 'cuda and sharks.

Haha. That pic was in the middle of the week. I forgot to pack my razor, so I had to have a guy I met pick me up a Gillette when he went to Wal-Mart in Playa LOL. I could never grow a beard, they're too itchy.

I stayed at the Mayan Palace. It's f'n HUGE, and they are doing construction to make it about 3x larger. It had 5 restaurants, about 6 infinity pools all overflowing and running into each other, and most important, 3 swim up bars with happy hour from 11:00 am to 1:00 daily. Monday I was passed out in my room by 2:30 pm. Must have gotten too much sun

Absolutely. These were a few from my digital camera. I have 2 disposable cameras I have to get developed. One of those is all underwater shots. I hope the closeup of the giant sea turtle at Xel-Ha turns out. She popped out about 8 feet from me in the clear water lazy river.
