Today's Arrivals
I took a few quick photos while soaking these. I haven't sexed any or really looked them over yet. Right after the soak I put them into their tubs. Tonight I'll take a closer look and sex them.
There are a few really nice ones in the group. I'll get pictures of them all soon.

Re: Today's Arrivals
Whoa was this your snake bag? Fill us in! The lowdown! I'm anxious to hear :D
-
Re: Today's Arrivals
Not much to say yet. I saoked them and put them in the tubs. Didn't really get a chance to look them over although a few did stick out and 2 have cool gold colored eyes.
I'll post more once I have some time to look them over and get pictures. I was a bit rushed today with work.

Re: Today's Arrivals
YAY Steve!
I'm glad they came, and hope they do you good. You deserve it.
Looking forward to pics.

Re: Today's Arrivals
Cute balls :)
I think I heard somewhere that they should each have their own water to soak in? Is that true?
-
Re: Today's Arrivals
I soaked them all together. They were in a bag of shed and "other" things so I figured this would be OK to rehydrate them.
They have their own tubs in the rack though.

Be very afraid of the snake police, I shipped 2 in a bag once and will never do that again. :P
Hope they shed and start eating for you soon. :sweeet:

Very cute lil darlins.:)
If forced to pick faves I'd go for numbers 2,8 and 10 just because of their lovely patterns.

Re: Today's Arrivals
So 6 out of 10 were males, eh?
So is that a winning or a losing ticket? :P
The black on that last female is hot though!
-
Re: Today's Arrivals
Let's try this again.
Here is the really blurry male again.

Have you seen my picture taking abilities?:D
Everything is blurry or washed out.
The funky pattern girl I just posted has gold eyes but you'd never be able to tell from my pics.

Re: Today's Arrivals
I like 5 and 10. The black on them is pretty cool. Breed them together and who knows!
*psst, I thought it was you from the other place* :)

Re: Today's Arrivals
i was talking to someone that got abag o 10 herself and lost one already, it was 39grams and dehydrated, plus she said there was no heat pack in the shipment either, is that normal or not for these kinda shipments? she has to more that are in the low 40 gram range. but the pic she showed me she got a lot of nice patterns also..
-
Re: Today's Arrivals
Joe, those non feeding babies are risky at best, then throw in more stress by unloading from one plane right on to another...its a wonder any survive.
I think the smart way to buy these captive hatched is to let who ever is selling these babies set them up, start feeding them and wait until they are over 100 grams. and be selective about the babies you choose. there will be nothing that you will have to sell off that way. and you will be happy with your choice. :)

Who got that order? Did they contact Mike about it?
The ones I got were small but without weighing each one, I would say they are at least 60 grams plus each.
None were dehydrated (that I could tell).
They are all active, alert, and have pretty good body weight.
I am going to try feeding tonight since they have now all had their first sheds. I'll let you know how many fed.

Re: Today's Arrivals

Re: Today's Arrivals
Jar, No animals were held over the weekend and then shipped, ALL customers were called Thursday night and informed that they would get animals off a second shipment (it came in Monday, was shipped out monday and delivered Tuesday). Once she calls, she will get a refund if she lost one without question. Tosha got one that was kinked, she to will get a full refund for that animal.

Re: Today's Arrivals
There's a gal on Kingsnake who said she had a 68 gram baby die. Same gal?
Someone had some held over the weekend by UPS, but it wasn't a shipment from Neil and Mike.
-
Re: Today's Arrivals
That's cool of you Neil. Glad to see the good rep everyone told me about was true.
Poor little babies though :(
-
Re: Today's Arrivals
Love to see more of this cutie, looks very granite-ey :)
-
Re: Today's Arrivals
I'll take a few more. There's another that has this really muted reduced pattern that is cool too.
-
Re: Today's Arrivals
cool! More pics of that one too! I wanted to get one of the lotto bags, not because I think i'd pull the next new morph or a "slip by" but more so just due to the gambler in me wanting to see what comes out!
