I don't have his woman yet... ;) I'm still figuring out what I want to try to do for that (pied, het pied... going to be rough affording either, if you know what I mean!!)... but it's one of the next ones on my list... thanks for the comments, I definitely fell for this little one when I saw him... he was a little nippy at first, but he seems fine now...

Congrats Blake. That is a nice looking boy. I say stay the inexpensive route and breed him to two Normal females, hold backk all of the females, and in 3 years, you'll hatch a bunch of you own pieds.

Thanks again. And muddoc, the guy I got him from was recommending that I go about it that way... That's just such a long time, you know?? But I'm still trying to figure it out... Is that the way most people are breeding pieds? Or at least the people that don't have the $4,000 to go out and get a pied to start with...? :)

Beautiful het I just bought a pair. Hey you notice all of the het pied owners always show belly shots. lol. I know thats not a way to tell if its het, but it gives a little comfort knowing that this marker might be true.

good luck with future projects with him. Pieds are one of the most exciting projects and I can tell you im so excited for 2009 or the middle of 08 :D
