LOL We are soooo close to settling it after almost 3 years. So close. He called us 3 weeks ago and gave us the last offer which we declined because it would have left us with debt. He said he would call in 2 or 3 days and its been 3 weeks. So at this point, I don't know if they are going to take Shauns offer or if we are headed to trial. Which will take another 2 years. With debt and our credit being destroyed. We can't pay off all the hospital bills fast enough. Its a mess.

Errrrrr what's a "wachovia"???? Okay I'll add in I HATE MOVING! We just moved here a year ago and have to move again since our "darling" landlady has gone bankrupt and lost her investments, one of them being the house we rent. :( Oh well, such is live, many have it much worse than my family and we have a decent three bedroom rental all lined up (and it's will actually end up cheaper per month so yay for that!).
I'm not very good at hate threads am I (that whole cloud/silver lining thing). LOL
