i am spoiled!!!

my hubby bought me a new computer today... a mac book pro! i go to macstation tomorrow with this computer and they'll transfer over all of my 'stuff'... i can't believe he did that... what a sweetie!

after he did that i cancelled the couch i wanted and changed our order to the couch with the lazy boy recliners built in... i know he really wanted one and after gifting me such a great new puter... i just had to spoil/pamper him back!

Congrats on the new computer!!!! I love macs...my hubby and I both have our own emac desktops and we have a ibook lap top...Once you go mac you never go back LOL

oh i've been mac my entire computer experience!!! i have an iBook right now... just over 3 years old. it's been acting up a lot lately so he doesn't want to take a chance on me going without a computer so he picked me up a new one.

and judy... if dave had it his way... we'd have a full room of lazy boys LOL (of course my hubby is the ultimate lazy boy :giggle: ) :P

i looooooove this computer. i never knew my computer was slow... my old one... actually it wasn't = this one is just super speedy. programs start up within a second or two whereas they took 10 -30 seconds before (like photoshop etc).

wow... i'm in loooooooooove!

my keyboard is even back lit! i never knew i was missing having a back lit keyboard LOL

SWEET! I've been using a macbook pro for the last several months (purchased through work). I so dig the pro with its sleek sexiness not to mention the performance!

...I don't think your husband will be the only benefiting from the couch with recliners. I find that ours is the perfect spot to kick back and work on the computer using wireless. ;)

One of the first things my boyfriend did when he got his job at Aetna was buy a MacBook Pro (the second thing was buy a new car)--He LOVES his MacBook Pro.

don't be jealous... come visit and i'll let you watch me play with my puter! i think the MOST fun thing is the photo booth... it warps your face... what fun. the kids and i were cracking up so hard i thought we'd all end up peeing our pants last night :rofl:

That's to funny that you mention photo booth! I got mine for work since I support a couple programs that use macs. I hadn't used a mac in many years but somehow photo booth was the first thing I played with...about an hour later I got back to work :)

i know... it's totally addictive. my 210g fish tank looks cool in some of the different filters!

oh the couch comes with two... one on each end! i personally don't like recliners... so i may not even sit on the couch with him unless i'm watching tv. i'm sure the kids will be pushing me off the couch anyway... as my teenage son's eyes almost fell out of his head when he heard i ordered it LOL
