    Celebrity House.
I design structural steel drawings for a steel company here in Jackson. Well today I had to meet with a designer for a house   . I build multistory complexes and high rises not houses. I can't say who the house is for because of our contract. But I will say that everybody know this person. Ok on to the house. Its a two story 7500 sqr ft per floor house, 2 four car(climate controlled) garages that are 30'X30', and a two bay enclosed boat house that will hold 2 32' boats, 400 sqrft wine celler with walk-in cooler, 12 bed rooms, 16 full baths, tennis courts, with a master bedroom that 30'x40' its supper nice. I am hoping to meet the owner :D :D :D I'm a big fan of his/her's and might get to get a photo opp or two with them..

    Wish me luck

my only question is, what in the world do you need SIXTEEN bathrooms for? is he really going to have that many people over at a time? so many people that should 16 of them need to use the facilities at the same moment it won't be a problem? :tp: seriously, how likely is that? with that many bathrooms he better add some more garage space for all the people's cars. :P

It has a cobble stone court yard with fountain that is designed big enough that a 53' RV or bus can turn around. The drive way is as wide as a 4 lane highway.. I'll get some pics of the plans.

So far the "owner" has out standing taste. Italian tile in the entrance way. An 11' high door that came off of a Scottish castle. Plaster walls not sheet rock.. guys those are super nice. A huge 48" fire place, just for the one who don't know thats a fireplace that will burn 4' long logs. :O . 3'x3' Ceder beams that run in 20' vaulted ceilings in the main great room and the master bedroom. Heated tile floors in the bathrooms. Its beyond nice I hope to get some pics before the owner takes ownership.

P.S Jack is cool also I meet him at the Hustonian Hotel in Huston about 5 years ago. He has great taste in cigars.

    My thoughts exactly!
I personally never measure a property's true worth by the house.. I would be happier in a trailer on 60 good acres, than a mansion with a 1 acre backyard and neighbors everywhere.
Now, a mansion on 60 good acres? Ideal!

Hehe--I've actually met him. Is it sad the only celebrity I've met happens to be a porn star?

He gave a lecture at our school last semester (he was actually debating with an anti-porn activist from Canada)...there's a photo of he and I floating around on one of my friends' hard drives somewhere.
