    sick cinny update
so i am ready to take my cinnamon ball in to the vet tomorrow, because of the open mouth breathing poppping and clicking, im on the computer and i hear him making a lot of noise banging around, so i check on him and hes trying to peel the skin of his head, so i soak him in warm water and he gets it all off, i pull him out a literilly no more popping clicking or open mouth ,he seems 100% he even ate a rat soon as i dropped it in. do you think hes fine and the symtomes are from the shed or should i still take him in

Was this a retained shed? Sounds like the mouth-opening could have just been his attepts to stretch the skin off.
How does he appear, really? Is there mucus coming out of his mouth; actually, can you post a pic of his face, now?

Sounds like he is fine. The popping and clicking can happen with shed.

I say give him a day or so and if it keeps happening, then take him in.

You have an expensive morph, always better to err on the safe side. its not normal for snakes to be making those noises you discribed. a respitory problem can turn into pneumonia quickly. See a Herp Vet! :)

cant hurt to take it in... but like i mentioned before, i think it is kind of common for some snakes to make a bit more noise than normal when going into a shed. the one thing i got out of your initial post was "popping and wheezing" but these are somewhat subjective terms. unless you are very familiar with your pet and the noises it makes and when it makes them, a somewhat slight bit of labored breathing can sound like a massive RI to a caring owner. better to be too concerned than not concerned enough. its mouth and nose are clear now with no mucous (looks that way from the pics anyhow) so you might want to give it a day or so, to see what happens. still take it in to the vet by all means, but at least this way if the symptoms come back your vet can hear what he/she is dealing with firsthand rather than you telling them what you heard. glad to hear it seems to be doing better.
