Our first clutch!!!!

I checked on Anita this morning, and she is in the process of laying our first clutch of BP eggs!!!! She was bred to Spirits brother (Het Pied), so these will be 50% het pieds. I snapped a couple of quick pics as she was laying what I think is egg # 4 or 5.

Thanks all, she has 5 eggs out now and looks to have a couple more still coming. Will post more pics when they are all out.

Congrats Neil. What a great feeling. I am waiting on eggs, due Thur., from that same breeding. I will be praying for plenty of girls fro you and I both. Now, try not to check on those eggs every hour for the next two months. HAHA, good luck with that one.

Thanks Adam, poor Alyssa had a Migraine yesterday, so she helped weigh and clean up Anita and then went straight to bed. At least she got to be part of our first clutch though. ;) I want her to do everything on the next clutch.

I also want to thank you again for helping us over the past few months, I am not sure we would have reached this point sucessfully without it.
