    Reptile Basics Rack
I just got these racks in yesterday. Three 32qt racks and more already on order. The quality is excellent. I love the tub divider option, the locking pins to keep snakes from pushing out and the great job Rich does with recessing the heat tape in the shelves.

do you offer hides for your snakes or do you just take them out for pictures
I've wondered this for awhile since a lot of people post pictures like this with the tub pulled out and only a water dish.

All my snakes are offered hides. Some use them and some don't. I take them out because it makes for a better pictures :D

I love your albino... I'd be a happy girl if the only morph I ever had was an albino (although I love my little pastel.. he's no albino)

    Awesome!

What is that little blue box sticking out at the top left? you feeling ok? Or is Dion no longer taking orders from you due to your impending lawsuit involving his #1 drop-shipper? :D

Thanks Robin and Emilio. I was so thrilled with them that I ordered another 32 qt today and will be picking up 2 more at the White Plains show next month along with a cb70 or 2. These first 3 replaced my homemade sweaterbox rack which went to the quarantine room. 12 tubs (more if you include the dividers) in 1/4 the space of the 14 that the homemade rack held. But now I have room for 14 new quarantines! Sweeeet!

Thanks brother! I am just trying to catch up with all those hot animals you have over there! :D

Thanks on the rack. I was running out of space. I think my fiancee officially hates me. Although it probably has nothing to do with the snakes.

Reptariums are open air screen enclosures for chameleons. Not suitable for snakes and most lizards.

hey would all of you reccomend i get a 4 tub 32qt rack from reptilebasics.com?

is the back heat okay? i dont want to spend the extra money for belly heat unless i really have to.

im going to get dividers for the ones under 800 grams, and the males should be able to live in the 32s their whole life.

If your room temps are warm enough and pretty steady then back heat works fine for those IMO. My room is always around 80F so it's pretty easy to maintain temps in my RBI's with back heat.
The dividers are sweet, I only use one of them now but I used four of them when I got the racks.

ya but i use a hide in the back,, so i dont think she would b getting all the heat she needs. im gona get the 41qt rack with belly heat instead. and ill make a divider myself out of wood.

It sure is! Those are my favorites.. :) They are the same 4" PVC couplers but they are a little more lightweight than the white ones from Home Depot. I got the black ones at Lowes.

Thanks for the tip. Home Depot is closer than Lowes so the only time I make it out there is if Home Depot doesn't have what I'm looking for. Guess I'm gonna be skipping right past Home Depot tomorrow, I could use a few new cup holders. :D

On a side note -- wow. I just realized this thread was 2 years old. :P

Cool! Lowes also has the white ones. The black ones were in the next aisle over. It's been so long I can't recall what aisle it was.

I use belly heat option for my RBI's. From what I've understood back heat is only reccomended if the ambient temp in the room is 74F or above.
